Editorial review from Citysearch 8/14/2013

I wish there was the potential to write a review about Executive Web Group that was readily viewable by potential renters in the Radcliff and Fort Knox area. I doubt many will read this, but I will post it anyway. \r \r I would caution you not to rent from this company. They own a lot of property in the area, so you might not have a choice, but since the draw down and the Armor school move, there are a lot more places available, and it's a renter choice market---so search around, find a realtor b/c they also help you find rentals.\r \r Executive web will never fix any problem, they ignore every work order you try to submit, and the receptionist at the front desk is a mean piece of work. Maybe it's her job to be nasty to the people that ultimately provide her paycheck, or maybe she likes doing it, who knows. She will blame you for everything, tell you to fix it with your own money, or say that she will submit a work order and then of course nothing happens. Anytime I call her, I have to talk at warp speed, because her only goal is to hang up the phone and not talk to me. \r \r I do all my own maintenance, but I still fume a bit when I think about how much money I pay in rent and I get treated like trash every time I call. My garage roof has leaked since I moved in--surely that is creating some serious problems that can't be seen....good thing I don't own this place.\r \r My street looks like a slum b/c they wont fix the broken, fallen over mailboxes, there are brick retaining walls that collapsed 2 years ago--they won't even pick up the bricks that are scattered all over the street and lawn. My favorite is the mosquito haven and muddy pond that has been created behind some of the units that have a drainage problem--so make sure you check out your back yard and that it's a usable space. \r \r Vote with your wallet! Don't support a company that doesn't care about providing good customer service or keeping the housing area neat and clean. Just because I am a renter, doesn't mean that I'm slummy or that I want to live in a slum. I pay the a lot of money to live here. more

Do NOT live in 908-A Monin Road, Etown, KY. I rented this duplex from Executive Group Property Management and it has serious plumbing problems. The landlord's maintenance workers and the professional plumber all knew the duplex had plumbing issues with previous tenants. The property management kept blaming me for the problem when it has nothing to do with me but rather the plumbing pipes. I eventually received new military orders and was able to move. The entire time I lived there the entire house would back up because of the plumbing problems. more

From a renters standpoint, working with Executive Group has been a nightmare. 2/14/2008

Before renting from Executive Group I had a previous tenant warn me against them, however the apartment they had was very convenient to me so I decided to sign a 6 month lease.\r \r From the time of the initial call regarding viewing the apartment through my present status as a tenant I have had nothing but difficulties in working with Executive Group, or more particularly with Heather--their leasing agent. Every single time that I have asked her for information, to check into some, or to let her know I was missing something (like when they failed to provide me all the keys) she has failed to follow-up. When signing the lease agreement she managed to lose my payment information, and due to their policies of not letting you know when payment is overdue they just started racking up fees.\r \r While Heather has been a common problem, the issues extend beyond her. The previously mentioned loss of paper work is a good example; as having been rushed through the signing process (it having taken 15 minutes for approximately 25 sheets to review) I overlooked/was not informed of the fact that I had waived my rights to receive non-payment notices. Since they took the responsibility of filling out the paper work, and allow only 2 days of delinquency before tacking on a $75 fee, I found this to be a very self-serving policy that rewards them for their mistakes.\r \r The other big qualm I had is that at time of check-in, Heather had already filled out the damage report from the previous tenant and presented it to me as ""sign here to get your key."" After which she immediately left, and I started finding wall scuffs, paint chips, and other small damage items for which I may be held liable now.\r \r The bright side of things is the apartment itself, the price is OK and everything is of acceptable quality. When I found an issue at move-in (a leaky sink) they were quick to fix it. Pros: Nice apartments, some for a reasonable rate. Cons: Very poor customer service, many mistakes and no follow-up when needed. more
