Exceptional Limo

Exceptional Limo not only failed to deliver reliable service, they have terrible customer service. I waited to write this review to give them a chance to call me back, but after a month, I am giving them poor ratings. more

Warning I used these people once and it worked ....BUT we ordered a town car for our wedding and they substituted a truck and never told us ...the owner just told me "" hey Carl we can substitute any vehicle we want BY LAW ...I guess we should have told you here is 100 bucks that's all I am going to do"" So if you are planning a special event and need a special car do not use this company ...We got burned on our wedding a once in a life time event .... if you choose to use them and they show up in a truck ....do not say you were not WARNED...also the owner is the last person on this earth who will tell the truth..he kept telling me it was my fault until one of the women that worked there told me it was their mistake. more

I spoke with you on Mon., April 18, 2011 after seeing the ride Sat. April 16, 2011. I inquired if it would be possible for you to accept less than 50% deposit? Immediately you told me ?it?s been booked.? Well, as of this morning my friend Kim spoke with Diane at your office. The inquiry was the same date and time going to Foxwoods. Low and behold the ride is open and less then 50% dep. would be accepted! After Kim?s call, I called and we spoke I asked ?for the owner?s name? because I wanted to send a thank-you. You were all happy to give your name when I spoke with you. Well, this is my Thank-you for everyone to view. You have done me such a BIG favor by lying I have found another company who is much more professional than yourself. Not that much more money either! For all of you who view this review?50% as a deposit is NOT the standard industry rate, as Eric claims. It?s Eric?s rate. Take the time to call around and you will find other companies who are willing to work with you and NOT LIE. To be dishonest even before the contract, in which Exceptional would NOT allow any other language except for their own means there?s something wrong. Think about changing your companies name because Exceptional you are not. Thank-you again Eric!! more

I ordered a 6-person limo through a third-party website instead of a stretch by accident. But after emailing them and explaining my confusion, they upgraded me at no charge! Drivers were courteous and friendly. Complimentary water bottles were definitely appreciated after a long flight. Would definitely use them again. Pros: customer service, punctuality more

Our company have been using Exceptional Limo since July of 08; Their service is truly exceptional. Drivers are truly on pick up site 15 mins before the actual pick up time. I love that I don't have to baby sit and call to make sure that the car has arrived. All I need to do is make the reservation and move on to my next task. (out of site, out of mind). Our company is very busy and we make a lot of last minute travel arrangesments. Exceptional is very accomdating is this matter also. They vehicles are always clean and their staff /drivers are extremlyfriendly, curtious and professional. I look forward to utilzing their services in the future. more

Exceptional Limo in Hopedale is good to go in my book! I grew up in Milford and joined the military and moved away nearly 30 years ago. While in the military I rarely had the time to visit but now that I am retired I come back every few months for business. The area has changed a lot and I have a hard time finding where I need to go so I use Exceptional Limo to do the driving for me. The cars are nice and clean, the drivers pleasant and on time, and the cost competitive with other services in the area. I definitely recommend Exceptional Limo to anyone who wants a great service at a reasonable price! more

I contracted Exceptional Limos to do my wedding, in hopes of supporting local businesses. We agreed on one price in September 2007, and then when it was time for my wedding in June 2008, they tried to change their rates! When I spoke to the owner, he agreed to honor the previously agreed upon price. The limos were to wait for us at the reception, so that we could leave when we were ready. Then, 2 hours before our reception was over, the driver cournered my dad and demanded $100 an hour to stay and continue driving! When I called the company, they admitted that they had hired a driver from another company, and that there was nothing they could do. Please do not make the same mistake that I did- don't hire Exceptional Limos!! more
