My Opinion) Well I'm a little confused about this property.Seemed like the place to live until you actually movie in, then you start( Or I did) to see things that are a little conflict of interest here.Like the NO PETS policy, but you see pets everywhere yet you're told you can't have one????Then theres the no repairs on vehicles( which I understand) and ALL VEHICLES must be LEGALLY TAGGED and in running condition. I Understand this too, but a little confused about the LEGALLY TAGGED PART. You see managers daughter has a car that has been tagged out of state for quite some time and not LEGALLY REGISTERED in the STATE of MO.SO does this mean that the car is legal in the state of Missouri or not(Been more than 6 months now).Theres a lot more I could comment on about this place ( happenings here) but at this point I'm a little confused about whos manager here right now...The one who takes the rent each month or her daughter.(daughter has her own input to people about what they may or may not do here,like telling you what to do).So do we as tennents answer to manager or daughter??? Very confusing. Everyone has their own opinion or question I guess.

Cons: noisy neighbors,poor management(My opinion)cigarette butts everywhere
