This place is great. Great coaches, great equipment, and great students. I feel right at home here. They have CrossFit, Kickboxing/Boxing, Gracie Humata Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Kids Mixed Martial Arts(MMA). The manager Louis is great. The Kickboxing coaches Mike, and Louis are the best around. I highly recommend Excel Defense Studios!!! I have been a member for over 2 years and have really enjoyed the team spirit and great family atmosphere that Excel offers. They are open 7 days a week and you can train in multiple styles and classes with your membership. They have the Best Jiu Jitsu instructors and team on the West Coast!! Excel offers Cross Fit Training for anyone just looking to get into shape. They have kickboxing, wrestling and Judo also. Excel is always extremely clean and well taken care of. I have completely enjoyed all of my training there. If you do Jiu Jitsu make sure you say hello to Mica the best Professor you could ever train under. Excel also offers some of the most realistic and best women's self defense training available. Come in and try it out. more

When my husband and I were transferred out here to Las Vegas in 2008, we went on a search to find a gym so he could continue Jiu Jitsu training. We joined Excel Defense studios because it's training is geared towards law enforcement, military, and fire personnel. more
