Fitness information 1/2/2012

I am really liking the amount of fitness tips and how-to's that I receive. They have a tip of the week, and I get info sent to my email, which gets me motivated to press on. Exactly what I need from a gym. more

Becoming a member of this gym worked for me both financially and convenience wise. Plus I love the amenities that was included in my membership. Now I'm all geared up for my New Years resolution! more

worst gym 11/26/2011

hi i went to this gym and signed up for personal training i wanted to cancel my training acourt i had money issuse . the manger keiven gave be some bull saying that i only had 6 sessions . but my trainer bill said i had more then 11 then reg contract . so i froze the acourt and said to my trainer that i could not do it anymore. he thats fine thats fine dont worry about it . just last mouth 103111 my acourt was charnge 200 bucks and i didnt get any sessions for that mouth which should have been 2 and the same thing happen in novi got charge another 200 and did not get any training from bill and now they are giving me the run around and im getting my lawyer into this to this now please DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM THERE CONTRACTS ARE SHADY !!! more

My trainer encouraged to push myself physically through my functional workouts and weight training. The functional workouts were the most difficult; however, with my trainer I was able to complete something that I would have otherwise given up on. more

Bodypump class 9/26/2011

The Bodypump barbell class knows the cycle of boredom. They change their choreography and music every 3 months to keep it fresh and new. more

Great gym! Nice equipment, layout and daycare 2/4/2011

I've been going to Evolve since I joined last Fall and I have been very pleased overall with the equipment and personnel. The Framingham facility is in the middle of renovations right now, particularly the women's locker room, so I can't comment on how it looks right now because there's always something in flux! That said, the main floor layout is great and I love the fact that the equipment utilizes headphones to connect to the TVs (as opposed to dialing in a radio station). With 2 young kids under the age of 5, the daycare is a Godsend as well. My kids go there every Sat morning. I wish the room itself were bigger and more equipped with toys, but the babysitter (on Saturdays) more than makes up for it. She's very attentive, patient and able to handle many kids at once without getting frazzled. Love the gym!\r \r more
