I dropped off my two cellular smart phones for both charger ports to be replaced and a broken power button to be fixed. \r
Grand total 174.00 USD.\r
They said it would be 3-5 days. I then called on the 5th day to see if the phones were ready and they said ""Oh we need to order the parts."" At this point I was thinking 'it takes them 5 days to notice that the phones were there, I wonder how long it would have to took if I had not called them.' \r
I called the manager and he explained that the parts were being ordered from New York, that my phone was old, (which is not true since it is a Palm Pre Plus that came out a little over a year ago. and is still selling for 400.00 USD retail.) \r

He then said it would be ready in a week. I called back, they said the technician hasnt started working on it. I called Manager and asked for discount, but said that it was expensive to ship!!! Uh hello charger ports and a power button weigh less than 2 half dollars!!!! \r
And said it would be ready in a few days. okay called the day he said it would be ready which was on a monday... the guys that work there said the technician hasnt started on them!. Oh my gosh! okay, called the next 2 days later said one phone was ready but power button on the other phone still needed to get fix and that it would be 1-2 days. \r
Called 2nd day later and said that the phone wasnt in shop. then I called Manager David he said that the phones were ready (lying!) and to call shop and confirm they were there. Called, confirmed, had my sister pick it up for me and turns out they didnt fix the power button! \r

All of this took 2 and a half weeks. And about nine or more polite phone calls. \r

Im very upset because out of those nine calls the manager did not even have the gall to apologize. Second some man in front of me asked one of the guys that worked there for a discount and he said ""sure man"" while when I asked on of those employees he said ""im not authorized to give a discount only the manager does that"". Lies. \r

In all fairness one of those employees did apologize and was nice after weeks of calling. Secondly they do not charge you a high price. \r
In concusion, this business is rediculously understaffed, rude, discriminative, and does not value customers. \r
Save yourself the headaches and stress.
