Everyone Rides Auto Sales

I wouldnt buy a car from them.Went there one day n they told me if i had 2000 down they could put me in a car.So i sold my car for cheap so could get a car from them.Went back the next day n they ask where r u from said hazard n we said u cant sale me a car cause i live in hazard n there should have something saying if u dont live in the service area we cant sale u a car.It really upset me i sold my car for nothing n had my hopes up.I had money in hand n they still wouldnt.I wouldnt tell anyone to buy from them. more

These people sold a car to my sister and she was proactive in asking for a delayed payment (she was not late yet) and Dean the owner, agreed over the phone to have her either make two payments at one time on her next due date or move one extra payment to the last payment. (Pay two payments on her last payment) but told her to just call him and let him know before the payment was due. However when she called back to make the arrangements they told her to look outside because they had already repossessed the car!!! She was living in TN (and they knew this and had her TN address because that is where they picked the car up at) but still keep sending her paperwork to her KY address claiming they don't know her TN address, and will not answer when she calls because they have caller id. They are also trying to swindle her out of $500 for a collateral fee. What Collateral fee? They have the damned car!!! Maybe they need a dictionary to look up the word collateral! What swindlers.... Cons: steal your car back and try to get more money more

They are nice when you buy but better check the contract They can and will repo your car and demand payment in full if your payment is 1day late and add a $500 repo charge to the total. Check the Kentucky Business bereau and you will find they have numberous complaints. Pros: They will give credit to anbody Cons: There contract allows repo after 1 day more
