I am an active duty military member. I am also an RN and I did a rotation at this clinic for my graduate degree. I have been taking my three children here for 2 years by my own choice (by my profession I personally know other providers I could have chosen). I cannot say enough about the clinic and staff. It's a very positive environment from the moment I walk through the doors on every visit and all the staff are extremely competent in their jobs. There was never one time that I questioned their treatment recommendations (When my own baby, now 20 months, sneezes wrong all of my practitioner sense goes out the window and I slip into the ""mom"" mode and I want to rush her to the doctor.). I read some of the other reviews and I have a few things I'd to address: 1) This clinic does take Tricare/United; 2) This clinic is military friendly. Dr. Russell and his wife were both in the Army themselves; 3) This clinic does not correspond with their patients, or students for that matter, via email. I don't know a lot of providers who do this on a regular basis; 4) The clinic is extremely careful with providing information via telephone because of the HIPAA regulations. I ran into the same problem when I was deployed in 2005 (I was stationed in GA at the time). It's no fun and it can be frustrating. But if you need medical records, fill out the paperwork and send it in to the address on the paperwork. I had to do this 3 weeks ago through Evergreen because I needed the records as a part of my impending transfer to Alaska. I had all three of my kids' hard copy medical records within a week. \r

I hope this review hopes in choosing a provider. Good luck to all of you.
