Great experience! 12/15/2009

I emailed Evergreen Auto Glass about getting a quote for a new windshield. Heidi promptly replied with the information. I then put the whole idea on the back burner until I received another email from Heidi about a month later telling me of a special they were having. I wrote back to see if there was any chance to have the windshield replaced the very next day and they made it happen. The service tech was very nice and did a great job. more

Same-day service saves the day! 12/15/2009

Evergreen Auto Glass saved the day for my family. We woke one morning to find that someone had smashed out windows in both of our cars overnight. Evergreen's amazing office manager (Heidi) immediately went into action when I called, making arrangements to send the company's mobile service to our home within two hours. The technician was so skillful that everything was fixed in time for me to pick up the kids at school! more

i loved how determined they were to fix my wife's windshield for her car 12/13/2009

he still did his job and the weather was really cold but he didn't even budge or ask for a break. he also made sure that everything was perfectly fitted in or in the right place. my wife's really happy that he got the windshield done for her quickly and thoroughly. i really appreciate that he did a fantastic job for my wife's car. This was a great customer experience, end-to-end. Heidi was courteous, down-to-earth, and very helpful in coordinating the appointment. The technician arrived right on time at my office the next day, and completed a perfect job (windshield replacement) in about and hour. I can't say enough good about Evergreen - I can't see why I'd ever go anywhere else. Thanks! more

I contacted Evergreen Auto Glass months ago to inquire about pricing. I received the info I was looking for, including the fact that they would come to me at my convenience. With my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to immediately schedule the appointment and forgot about it. They proactively contacted me about it again and we got it scheduled and taken care of! They came to my work at the time they said they would and I only needed to be there to let him in the car. I lived with a cracked windshield for over a year because I didn't realize how easy it was to get it fixed. more

Great Service! 10/10/2009

Their customer service was better than anyone else I called, in fact I think they were the only company on a Saturday that answered their phone! Heidi was great, very friendly and she was able to find me glass to replace my daughter's windshield in about an hour. They came right to my house, it was so easy! Would definitely use them again. I decided to use Evergreen Auto Glass because of their flexibility. They were able to come to my workplace to replace my windshield. My experience with them was wonderful. They were professional, personable people that took care of everything. They followed up with me to ask how everything went and to make sure that I was satisfied. When I heard a wind noise after they had done the original seal replacement, they came back to check it out. The person who came was wonderful: He asked me exactly what I had heard and then resealed the windshield in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Evergreen Auto Glass. I won't be using Evergreen again 12/25/2008

Paid more than the price from the national brands for a windshield installation. Evergreen offers price matching but refused to discount my rate even though they had come out a second time to repair the initial install. more
