When the project manager arrived to start the work in my basement, he was extremely polite. He went over all of the things they were planning to do, including the answering of my questions. He exhibited great patience. After the informational period was over, I happily gave him my check to get the job started. I didn’t realize that the project team was waiting outside to begin their work. They also showed patience. My brother, who is extremely hard to please, referred Everdry to me. He was overjoyed with their work. During the big flood of August 2014 in S.E. Michigan, he had no problems. They went about their work as a team. My review is on the beginning stages of who Everdry will be to you. My following poem will express how I feel about my five-star, highly recommended review: “If you want to give waterproofing a try, Don’t hesitate to call Everdry. They’ll come out and do what they say, And will surely, surely make your day. Their service will change your life, To see them working together without any strife. This past August 2014 my neighborhood was flooded by the Ecorse Creek. I am about 600 yards from there, my house sits up maybe 20 feet in elevation and was not affected but my wife worried about our basement flooding and destroying items stored there. I called Everdry because the sump pump was not working, within two hours the crew showed up at the house, changed the pump and check valve and was on their way. I am sure glad we called. more

Everdry waterproofed our basement and installed a sump pump in 1993. All the other companies I consulted wanted to paint the basement walls, a stop gap measure at best. I chose them because the sales rep explained the problem and the process. They dug a trench around the outside of the house and sealed the exterior walls, installed a drainage system to pull the water away from the walls, then installed a drainage system inside. Twice a year, they snake it to ensure that it's clear of obstructions. When they were here, they were polite, professional, and cleaned up their mess. Since then, I've faithfully paid the annual warranty fee, and they've quickly come anytime the sump pump starts acting up to replace it. In addition, my basement has been dry ever since, even during the recent flash flooding. I would recommend this company to anyone, at any time. more

I purchased a home with an existing Everdry System already in place about 6 years ago. Since I purchased my home I had two issues with the basement. Both times when I called the company about the issues they have sent a crew of people out as soon as possible and fixed the problems with no hassle whatsoever. I pay an annual warranty of $40.00 happily for the peace of mind that whenever I am having a foundation issue in my 1950's home I will have a trained and professional crew out to fix the problem. It also is a selling feature when the time comes to sell my home in the future. more

Everydry waterproofed our basement before we moved in. When we bought the house, we noticed some moist spots on one of the walls and called them. They set up an appointment the next day and two of their guys came out. By hand, they dug 6 feet down and about 15 feet along the back of the house, re-sealed the wall and back filled the trench, Quick, professional, and, most importantly, it worked. They've also reconfigured the drain pipe and changed out a failed sump pump - always a day or two after we call, always professional, and always successfully solved our requests. more

We had our basement waterproofed 3 years ago and have been very satisfied with the result. The clean up was minimal. The workers were courteous and worked steadily. We negotiated on price. Had a E-Z Breathe Ventilation System installed. No more damp, stinky basement. Had a small problem with the sump pump and they came right out and replaced it with a new one. I had and issue with my basement sump pump and drain tiles plugging up with dirt and sand. This caused the basement floor to crack and buckle. I had a few companies come over and explain their service and how they would correct my problem and Everdry had the best solution, although expensive it was the best option for me. They did exactly what they said they would do and more in my opinion and I would recommend them to anyone. more

When the time was right, I called several local companies to provide direction and price quotes. I was impressed with Ever-Dry from the start. Once I selected them, I knew it was going to be a large and messy project. They set my mind at ease throughout the entire process. The foreman and crew that showed up to do the work could not have been any better. They were experienced and worked well together. More importantly they did a lot of work in a short amount of time and did it well.
