They did what they said they could do. No more wet crawlspace. And the mold is gone too. They installed a first rate drain and evaporation system that really works! I had many companies come and tell me how to solve my water problem, and some that tryed, but only EverDry did what they said they would, Solved the problem. They came, they worked, they cleaned up all being very professional, caring and willing to listen to my concerns and answer those concerns with logic and experience. After hearing about Everdry on the radio I called as I was having a problem with a damp crawl space and I had new wood floors put in and the edges all curled up. An appointment was set up for my convenience and had a complete evaluation done. I had everything done that was recommended and was well please at how swiftly it was done and how everything was cleaned up. I called about 6 months after the installation to explain that the pipe that came out of my house to discharge water had raised above the ground and interfered with the lawn mower and someone could stumble over the pipe. more

My wife received an advertisement from a company that said they had the solution to a serious issue we were having in our basement. We had mold growing at an alarming rate and we could not stop it. We gave Everdry Waterproofing a call. A representative came out and measured the moisture water level accumulation in the basement including the carpet, air, and drywall. The measurement acceptable levels were less than 10%. Our basement had over 23%. We could visually observe mold on the walls, smell it in the air and on the carpet. They quoted us a good price, worked with us on the financing, and immediately went on to stop our growing problem. The installed some equipment that stopped the smell of mold immediately. The second phase stopped the additional build up from accumulating. We are at present mold-free. It is as if the problem never occurred. I am beyond happy with their product and just as happy with their installation department personnel. The men arrived on time. They took the time to detail the process and pointed out what the outcome would be. After they finished, they allowed me to view the process prior to completion and explained everything to me. I understood the what, why and how. They then finished by covering everything and leaving no remnants of them ever being there. Their work is remarkable and recommendable. My wife and I are grateful to them. I plan to use them in the future with the rentals I plan to purchase. more

Great customer service and excellent life time warranty.The guys that did the work on the foundation were really proficient and got the work done within just a few days.I would consider the company very reputable and honest just simply because I was quoted by other companies at a much larger price tag and the work the other companies proposed wasn't near as thorough as the work Everdry did for me.i'm very satisfied with the finished product. more

My experience with Everdry was a very pleasant one. We contacted their office to get resolution with dampness and mold in my basement after the flooding of 2009. After running a dehumidifer practically nonstop watching our electric bill inflate monthly our problem was no where near resolved and the mold and mildew just continued to get worse.With small children one of which suffers with allergies and asthma, we knew that this issue needed to be properly addressed quickly and efficiently. Initially, we were pleased with the very hospitable and courteous staff.They were honestly very helpful and understanding as we were trying to weigh out the options of what could be done to solve our issues.They provided us with a free inspection of which included a free mold test.The technician,Will,addressed every concern we brought forth and helped us to determine the route of action we needed to take.
