I just finished my novel and I had Ray Johnston of Events Photography photographed my head shot for my book. Not only did he choose lighting that brought out best features, but he edited the image, making me look 10 years younger and full of life. I'm so happy with the results. After planning our wedding for months, we hoped to have great photos and video to share with family and friends. Instead, we received endless excuses and frustration. For the money we spent, I did not receive the quality I expected and only wish I could go back and hire someone else. While I am sure some people have gotten lucky, I would agree that it is safer to just stay away. more

We live in Seattle Wa. My wife and I went to the bay area to see family. We wanted our photo to be taken in a professional way. We went to Events in Davis Ca. My wife and I received a professional portrait. Ray even took us to buy clothes so we would fit into the color sceme. We are very satified with our portrait and the way Ray Johnston (Events DJ and Photography) took care of us. He is a professional. Bravo! Everyone loved the experience. We had photographer Ray Johnston of Events take some incredible pictures of our engagement and wedding. We had some editing done and the final product was professional , we are very happy with both engagement and wedding album. Events has a friendly staff to help. Our experience with ""DJ MC"" Matt Cohen and photographer Ray Johnston of Events was beyond all expectations....the DJ/MC was awesome: he kept things moving , making sure everyone was having a good time. His music selection and timing was wonderful, and sychronized well with the photographer, resulting in all phases of the reception being well organized. We cannot say enough good things about the team of professionals at Events and the great service after the reception: we love our photo album and the DVD of our wedding photos. more
