A recent visit to the restaurant will be our last. The restaurant was very busy - and parking is extremely limited - so we placed a take out order. The food arrived in an undersized bag - we had to ask for a larger bag to accommodate what we thought was an appetizer, a large order of clams, and fries (they were all out of onion rings - at 6 PM on a Saturday night?), and they only offer Rhode Island clam chowder, not the creamy New England version we prefer, so we didn't order any. At home we opened the bag to discover that the appetizer was missing, we had 2 orders of the chowder we did not order or want, the clams were okay, but the fries were cold. All told - $50.50 for the food we would eat - clams and cold fries. Customer Service wasn't very helpful; when we called to discuss our dissatisfaction with the food we were told that a new employee was working, so we should have checked our order before leaving. (Funny - I thought they would check the orders before sending them out). She asked what I wanted them to do - I should have asked her to recommend another restaurant. I'm NOT usually this cranky, but we paid a lot of money for average food - - certainly not what we expected, based on some of the recommendations we've read. We won't be back.
Pros: Great view of the water
Cons: Over priced, terrible parking, service
