Just be aware that for holiday items, their return policy is ""no refunds, just exchanges"" and only ""within three days"". A rule that no one cares to explain to you when you are purchasing the items. As a designer, at times I need to try certain items before purchasing more of them for a client. The store is great as far as the unique products they carry. Unfortunately, their customer service is not up to par with the beauty of the store. Alice Lane, in contrast, allows for refunds within 15 days of purchase. That's where I'll be buying from now on. more

Unique Furniture, fair prices 1/16/2008

This is one of my favorite furniture stores and believe me I go to a lot of furniture stores. They have big sales a couple times a year; look for the coupons in Utah Valley Magazine. You'll receive them in the mail if you get on their mailing list. Although the show-room isn't extremely large, they have new pieces come in often enough that I check it out monthly. The thing I love about it most is that they have the gorgeous, anti-""run-of -the -mill"" pieces that don't have the outrageously expensive prices that some other higher-end stores have. more

Love this store! 10/18/2007

What a beautiful store and wonderful staff. The designer spent a lot of time locating me the perfect fabrics to fit my great room. The prices are quite reasonable for the high quality of product lines. I have found my new furniture store!! Pros: Beautiful store front, quality, service, parking, skilled designers Cons: I live in Salt Lake County so the fact that the store is located in Utah County! more
