We have been using Dr. Lambert since we moved here in 1986. I can only say that he has taken very good care of all our pets/fur children. We have both cats and dogs and trust his advice. He is always very attentive. His assistants weigh every pet and record the information on the charts. He always looks my babies over from head to tail before giving them any medication. When you ask a question, he listens and gives options for treatment and only suggests putting an animal down if there is no hope. He is very generous and has always been willing to let us make payments if needed. \r

When we had to make the decision to put our beloved cat that had CHF to sleep, I felt it was harder on Dr. Lambert than on me. And it was very hard on me as I had this cat from about one week old and bottle fed him. He took care of my baby for 15 years and saw him through many different emergencies as this cat loved to get into trouble. \r

All I can say is that I am truly sorry the first three reviewers seemed to have had such a bad experience. Dr. Lambert is an older gentleman, his waiting room is small, and there is only one exam room and it is an older building, but it is not unclean. The wait can be long, but he takes time with you and your pets, making sure you understand any treatments and medications you may need. If his care was so bad, his waiting room would not always be packed. I personally have sat 3 hours with my pets and will continue to do so until he retires and then I will have no choice but to go somewhere else. Hopefully that will be a long time away.\r
