Thought the owner would like to know how I was treated; I asked for him at the counter. Turned around and there’s the clerk that wouldn't help me! He started yelling at me, ... ...

Not Very Helpful 5/11/2010

Stopped in for a few cigars – the clerk totally ignored me, avoided me! They had cigars in a case. After several minutes I asked for help. He raised his voice and basically told me to leave; go figure! So, I went to Krogers, Giant Eagle has ‘em too. Pros: Close to my work Cons: Could not get waited on! more
