They said that they will get my car done within the same day and they did it by keeping their shop open late, 9pm, on a Saturday. That is a text book CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work in the city and one day stuck in traffic trying to get on the bay bridge I cut out and pulled up to the detail shop to get a quote for a full detail, it was $200. I love my car but I'm really bad about keeping it clean. I dropped it off the next morning and they gave me a ride to work and picked me up later on. When I saw my boxter I was amazed. last weekend my wife and I went out for dinner at Barbara's Fish Trap in Half Moon Bay. We had a wonderful evening but when we got home I noticed that their was a blue streak of paint on the rear end of my brand new camaro. I guess someone swiped me on the way out of their parking spot. Well I called up the detail shop and the guys told me they would take care of it. I ended up paying $120 for an exterior detail but the work was great they got the paint off, buffed and waxed it. Great place for a quick car detailing, and close to the Bay Bridge entrance on Harrison Street for us ""East bay"" commuters. I was referred to them by a friend in Oakland, who said the owner (Nader) really knows how to take care of his clientele. I did the Complete Detail package for my Jetta GLX, and it looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the lot. Forget that! It looks better!
