Trustworthy and Professional 1/29/2012

I've been going to Eurospec for several years. There isn't another shop in Jacksonville I trust more. These guys are all friendly and try to do the right thing. A noble trait is they will acknowledge when they've made a mistake and will do everything they can to correct it. I highly recommend Eurospec! more

Excellence! 1/12/2012

I brought my wife's car in for normal tire rotation and to check the brakes. Ryan and Louis were very helpful. Especially Louis! He educated me on the upcoming new technology for the newer cars coming out and also explained to me how manual shifting in my new Acura is now beneficial and has evolved past the old clutch style method of shifting. Everytime I go in for service, I receive some kind of new information echnology from either Ryan or Louis. I highly recommend Euro Spec to anyone that truely appreciates quality service on their automobile. more

Headlight 12/30/2011

I took my car in to have them replace a headlight. I attempted it, but it wasn't as easy as you would think. Ryan took me in right away and within 30 mins they were done. Charged me an extremely fair price and I was out the door a very happy future customer. more

Efficient and accurate 12/29/2011

I have had quite a few repair services with Eurospec and always found them to be upfront and honest about the work required. One service in particular they offered free labor to tear an assembly down and replace a rubber boot seal after a sensor replacement didn't entirely resolve the issue I was having. Would recommend. more

Hi Ryan and all: You all are the greatest! I've had 6 European cars and even a couple of American made cars serviced with EuroSpec over the past 15 years and you provide awesome service, reasonable prices and a totally friendly and professional atmosphere! My daughter's Jetta needed work last week and you advised us on the items to do first for safety reasons and gave us options for doing the rest at a later date. Great Service 12/8/2011

The service I experienced at Euro Spec was absolutely great. I took my 2003, 745Li in due to a water leak and to have the brake lines flushed and an oil change. Euro Spec found the water leak in minutes and flushed the brake lines and changed the oil in minimum time. I was not charged for finding the water leak. The water leak was from a cracked water coolant reservoir. I went to the local BMW dealer and purchased ($149) the reservoir and installed it myself. The thing that I was most impressive about Euro Spec was that they don't try to bombard you with work that doesn't need to be done. Exceptional and Courteous Service! Thanks Claude more

Broke down on I-95... Eurospec to the Rescue 11/4/2011

I am very apprehensive about taking my BMW anywhere but my tech in Charleston SC, so when my engine shut off and check engine light came on near Jacksonville FL, I was worried. The combination of entering a family run business and being given an extremely reasonable quote made me feel at ease. The work was professional and the cost was lower than I expected. This is the Only shop in Jacksonville I will use. Thanks for the quality work. more

BMW Repair 545i 10/15/2011

Tom Bush told me I needed $2700 worth of repairs on my car. I had Euro Spec take another look and it turned out that I did need all those repairs. They repaired it for alot less and they took great care and top notch customer service. I'd recommend this shop to anyone with a BMW or a Mercedes Benz. more
