If I could give this review a 0, I would. I had a FTD flower delivery yesterday afternoon from family in North Carolina. When the flowers were delivered, three large sun flowers were nearly dead and some of the other flowers didn't look fresh. I thought maybe they would perk up over night but the next morning they looked worse and the water looked filthy. I called and told them my issues and told them I was bringing them back for a refund to my family. When I did, the lady that worked there said - 'well these sun flowers are dead' and I told her that is how they arrived. The guy at the counter, I assume the owner, abruptly told me to 'have a nice day' dismissing me immediately - in other words - to get lost, 'I don't want to deal with your complaint'. Wow. No apology, no accountability- just a 'I don't want to deal with you. He was rude.
My take on this is that when they get FTD orders, they will fill the order with their old arrangements in the cooler since the buyer never sees the product. Shady.
This business is the most expensive florist in Marion. For the money, I expect quality. I also expect people with compassion- not hateful.
What was to be a wonderful event- turned into a stressful frustrating disaster. Thanks for nothing.
Very disappointing and hurtful.
Stay away.
