Etc Shop

Even though I had my receipt and the defective dish, the owner refused to return my money. The dish had separated so badly that it cut my 81-year-old mother and me several times, but the owner claimed she doesn't sell defective products and would not give me my money back. And she was incredibly rude. Please don't shop there unless you want to support bad business practices. more

A beautiful store.....So many brands and handmade jewerly, of course K.U. Jewery to die for!! Greeted by the salesperson quickly and she was very helpful. Truly a locally owned store, because of the service we received. I will return for all my gifts and rewards for my self, the beads she carries Troll, Chamilia and others was fun to buy. more

A true Lawrence Treasure. Opening in 1980, The Etc. Shop has been serving Lawrence, Kansas and the surrounding metro areas of Kansas City, Missouri and Topeka, Kansas. This is truly a "treasure" right in the heart of the Midwest. The Etc. Shop carries a wide range of merchandise is a wide range of prices. One of a few Brighton Heart Stores, The Etc. Shop carries the largest selection of Brighton items from shoes to handbags, from jewelry to sunglasses, and everything in between. But the selections does not stop there. Hobo, Is Art, and Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation are just a few others. And added to the fun is a large selection of beads for your Camilla, Trollbead and other specialty bracelets. New and exciting beads arrive each week and the fun begins. Since moving to Lawrence in 1984, this is my favorite place to shop. The Etc. Shop is truly the best shop for the widest selection of gift items. I am always purchasing those small hostess gifts we are always in need of. A real treasure! more

This is a neat little shop located in the heart of downtown lawrence. They have some great gift ideas. I have never bought anything from them, probably because they are overpriced. I looked at a cute underarm purse and they wanted $60 for it. It wasn't even a name brand purse. I would rathergive my $ to black eyed susan's or any other shop downtown who doesn't try to rip ya for anything. more
