I recently went there for the first time and a young woman named Lauren helped me. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions as to how I might want to achieve my goal, and then cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I had heard before about the quality of people at Estetica, but now I know for myself! So glad to have found this salon AND this great hairdresser!! more

Best Salon in Mobile by a mile 5/11/2012

I have been looking for years for the right salon and have tried most of them in town I think. I finally got around to trying Estetica and am now kicking myself that I did not do it years ago. It's the best in town; nothing else comes close. Kim is amazing as others have mentioned, as is Natalia for facials. Her products are reasonably priced and work better than anything I've ever tried on my combination skin. Thank you Estetica for making me love my hair and skin again! more

Saved my hair's life 6/29/2010

I don't know what happened to you pprq. All i know is that they are the first salon to have ever NOT butchered my hair. Also, ever since I've moved to the south, the humidity has destroyed my hair. Ms. Kim helped me fix that. The appointment didn't even last half an hour which was remarkable to me that she could make my hair go from butchered dry to silky smooth and beautiful. Maybe you should've gone with Kim, pprq. Pros: Great staff that knows what they're doing Cons: Not close enough to my apartment! more

Hate It! 5/10/2010

Stay away from this place! Unless you want to spend a long time trying to grow out a terrible haircut. I went here for a haircut and I might as well just paid 10 dollars. Thanks alot to the incompentent stylist! This man spent less than 10 minutes cutting my hair every which way. Sad, considering this is a Kerastose salon. LOVE IT!!! 2/5/2010

Estetica is one of my favorite places! The atmosphere is so relaxing and everyone that works there is so kind. I would and do recommend it to all of my friends and family. Cara does my hair and always does such an awesome job! Not to mention, she's brutally honest, which is extremely important when it comes to hair :) She always has fun styling tips for me that are definitely helpful! Not only do I recommend Estetica, I recommend Cara!!! more

Best Hair Salon in Mobile 2/4/2010

I've been going to Estetica for more than a decade, and have always had good experiences. My appointments are always timely, and my hair always looks exactly the way I want it to look. All of the people who work there are so friendly. As far as price is concerned, the prices are right in line with other salons of the same caliber in the area. I would recommend this salon to anyone, and I have. Pros: Great Service more

Awesome Salon 2/4/2010

I have been going to Estetica for about 6 years now and have never had a bad experience. Everyone in the salon is super nice. I have had my hair done by several different people and never had to wait more than 5 minutes and my hair was great each time! I would recommend Estetica to anyone that wants great hair! more

LOVED MY HAIR 2/4/2010

I was so pleased with my hair that i was looking for their website to send them thanks and came across this. I was kinda shocked to see this b/c my experience was the complete opposite. my stylist was on time, she came highly recommend and gave me exactly what i wanted. the receptionist made sure i was waited on and showed me to the smock room where i could change. i didnt wait but maybe 5 minutes and i was out of there in an hour and a half(thats for highlights and a haircut.)maybe ""hairkuts"" stylist was having a bad day or maybe it was a bad match.I have actually been back since then. I love my hair and like that my hairdresser is consistent. i know what to expect.i would highly recommend them. Pros: on time more

If I could give a lower rating, I would! These people are rude, and plan on waiting 45min or longer for your appointment. High priced, and no service. Cons: rude, overpriced, plan to wait 45 min or longer for your appointment more
