Worst

I had some roots damage a pipe in my front yard. I must have called this agent 6 to 9 times, before I finally gave up. Therefore I will only recommend her to my ex-wife!

I have never once had a problem getting a call back from this agency. The staff is wonderful and attentive. I have held policies with them for over twenty years. Joy is a sweetheart and she wants only the best for her clients. She makes it her personal business to make sure you have the lowest rates you can and that you are happy. I will never hold my policies anywhere else but in joy and her staffs hands more

Exceeded my expectation 3/14/2011

Always exceeds expectations! Helpful, responsive and real..no kidding. I have had an agent or two in my days and this place is different. Worth checking out if you like personal attention and a good value. I like getting what I pay for! Hard to say that about others. more

Awesome office! 3/14/2011

What a cool office. I moved here from out of state last summer. We bought a home and had to bring our car insurance here. The office is like a little mini town. It's so cute! And everyone was so friendly. When the storm hit us last fall everyone from the staff, to Joy to the people who fixed our roof were so nice. Recommend to anyone! more

Joy is an amazing agent who has always cared for her clients. Her team is more than happy to help and is extremely knowledgable about each of their clients. Walking into the office makes you feel like you are a part of a family. She will be there for you, and truly lives up to the stellar standards of a good neighbor and great agent. more

Great and Unique Office 3/14/2011

I have been with State Farm and Joy Estes Office since 2006 and love the attitude and atmosphere of this office. Joy and her staff are the most upbeat and helpful group of people. I am grateful to have an agent that can help me even if it has nothing to do with insurance! more

Will not call you back when you have a claim 1/12/2011

During my tenure of being insured with her I have always had a problem getting a call back. I had a homeowners claim this week and must have left a half dozen voicemails for a call back. I should have seen the signs of this and switched to another state farm agent prior. more
