Generac Generator Service 12/27/2018

Joe G arrived on time this morning for our yearly generator service. He was very friendly and professional. He provided me an explanation of what he was going to do and he got right to work. When he was finished, he showed me a couple of basic things I should do and he was very thorough with his explanation. He cleaned up the inside of the machine so it looks like new. Thanks Joe ... we look forward to seeing you next year!!! more

General Electrical Repairs 12/9/2018

Benjamin Yancey was the field technician who performed the work at our house, We had multiple issues that he addressed and fixed in a professional manner. We had him all over the house fixing issues and he maintained a positive and friendly attitude while making the repairs. No issue was too big for him to tackle and fix. We were very pleased with his work and wanted to recognize his effort. You can send Ben to our home for repairs anytime. more

Generator installation 12/6/2018

Joe G. was the tech who came to meet the electrical inspector for the final inspection on my home standby electrical generator. Joe was on-time and very thorough. He went over the operation, answered all my questions and wouldn't leave until I was completely satisfied with the operation of my new generator. Mr. Joe Giordano a Generator Technician did an exceptional job getting my generator back in working order! He was thorough, efficient & very knowable about what was needed to be fixed! He made sure everything was back in place! Also that I understood what to do if the generator was running more than 3 days during a power outage. Explained what I needed to know going forward! Came during the time period that was expected. Called ahead to say he was on his way! Esposito’s Generator Solutions Customer Service personal made sure that I got help in a timely manner! I now have a service contract with them to keep the Generator ready to take over when we need it! Thank You! more

Great Electrical Service 11/29/2018

Esposito's Electric sent out Benjamin Y to do work for us on an electrical outlet that had stopped working. He did a great job and was extremely pleasant and courteous.He not only completed the job but made a suggestion on how to improve the outlet and switch. An overall great experience and I would hope he returns if we need any more work done! Thanks Benjamin! more

I have had Joe do the service on my generator for app. 3 yrs. now. I have never experienced a more professional and knowledgable service technician in all my years that I dealt with service professionals . His methods and procedures to accomplish the job at hand is exceptional.My wife and I both consider this generator as the most important safeguard in our home due to what we previously experienced in our last home when power outages occurred. Knowing how we feel regarding this, Joe does a truly excellent job maintaining this piece of equipment so that it will perform flawlessly when we are face with a power outage. Frank came. Explained thoroughly what the maintenance consisted of. Explained the different maintenance plans and their differences. Explained what he was doing as he proceeded. Discussed the importance of regular maintenance. Was professional and pleasant. Would be happy to have him service us again! more

Joe G. discovered the problem with my generator promptly, despite it being the first time he's ever experienced this problem in his many years. He is friendly, knowledgeable and a nice guy. While he replaced the parts and ran his tests, he gave me a lot of tips on simple things I can do to help extend the life of my generator. Joe, thanks again for your prompt call back, arrival, and problem solving. Could not have been happier. more
