Don't feel like I'm getting ripped off and they honest.

Worst

Had the car 4 weeks and could not get the car fixed. Car was obviously not test driven before I was called, or repairs were not effective.

Outstanding Service is the motto @ Eslers 8/25/2015

After encountering a new loud exhaust noise the vehicle was returned to Eslers's . The vehicle was test driven by Joel Watson, with his background and experience further costly service was required. Great service 8/22/2015

I brought my 2003 honda element in for a 4 wheel alignment and the tech. found a issue with the ball joints, and they called me to discuss the issue in detail ( including the total cost parts) before any work was performed. They have always communicated well with me when it comes to any work that is performed on any of my vehicles. Thank You. more

Honest and Excellent Quality Service 8/22/2015

I requested transmission fluid service and coolant chnage as well as tire rotation, oil change and headlight bulb replacement. Eslers called to advise me that based on their evaluation they did not think there was a need to change the transmission fluid or coolant at this time to check to see if I wanted them to wiat until a later time to complete this work. This is a demonstration of their honesty and focus on putting their customer's interest first. I decided to postpone the coolant and transmission fluid services and all other work was completed quickly and properly. more

I recently relocated to the area and was in need of finding a honest and quality driven shop for my 2001 Acura MDX. After reading reviews for Eslers, I thought I'd give them a shot. I'm glad I did - they completed the work I requested, provided me their assessment without overselling, and completed the work in a timely manner. They have gained my trust and business moving forward. more
