Don't feel like I'm getting ripped off and they honest.

Worst

Had the car 4 weeks and could not get the car fixed. Car was obviously not test driven before I was called, or repairs were not effective.

I brought my car in to them for a second opinion and was very impressed with how honest they were in their quotes and what they thought was wrong with the car. This was definitely better than the experiences I've had at certain dealerships. more

Consistent Professionalism and Fair Treatment 10/23/2015

I have been a loyal customer of Eslers for 19 years and they in turn have also been loyal to me. I have always been treated with respect and a sincere concern in resolving my auto needs in an effective manner at a fair price. I wouldn't consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. more

Great customer service 10/19/2015

My key fob wouldn't unlock my car in the shops parking lot, so someone from the shop drove me home to pickup my spare. They really care about their customers. more

tuneup+fan noise 10/11/2015

As always, Esler's was fast and easy to deal with. They did the tuneup, and looked into the heater fan noise, which they managed to fix without any replacement parts. didn't even charge me for that bit! more

I recently moved to Indianapolis and was worried I wouldn't find mechanics I could trust. But so far, Eslers has been great. Everyone is nice, honest, and thorough when explaining the issues my car is having. I am so thankful that you were recommended to me. Although I've only had my car in a couple of times, I couldn't be happier with what I've experienced. Thank you! more

Busy place, but not to busy for personal service 9/24/2015

Its nice to be able to go in on short notice or no notice with a leaking tire or dashboard warning message. Despite being very busy I was given needed attention and quick resolution of issues more
