Don't feel like I'm getting ripped off and they honest.

Worst

Had the car 4 weeks and could not get the car fixed. Car was obviously not test driven before I was called, or repairs were not effective.

This a car for the kids that I purchased in 2009. Eslers has done all of the maintenance on this vehicle. They do good work at a fair price. What I like most is they tell you all your options and make great recommendations. more

To my surprise, Esler's was the opposite of the typical auto repair stereotypes. The waiting area was well kept and did not smell, the front desk agent was kind and I felt like my car was safe with them. Those body shops that think appearance and attitude don't matter could learn a thing or two from Esler's. more

exceeded my expectation 5/15/2014

Came in for two front wheel bearings that I knew it needed and joel found an axle that was going bad. He called me and informed me and said if they replace it while it was already apart for the bearings it wouldn't cost any labor. Some shops would let it go and det paid to pull it back apart and get paid for that labor again and another alignment, thanks joel more

All around great auto shop 5/3/2014

I brought an 80's rotary engine Mazda to Esler's that had been sitting for years and had a number of issues. They fixed what I asked and checked for other problems. They didn't try to get me to replace things that didn't need to be fixed. Rates were very affordable. Friendly staff, owner Joel is a great guy. I have other things I'd like to do on my car and Esler's is where I plan to go. more

oil change 4/29/2014

my wife told me that she thought the oil change was high priced. she said she could take it to another place in westfield and save like 10- 15 dollars. I told her she was correct, but the last time we used them we had other issues with the vehicles after the service . the bottom line is that you get what you pay for. I will keep using eslers. I do not have oil leaks after they service my vehicles. more

Honesty and Fairness 4/27/2014

Appreciate the openness and honesty when the corrective work after the repair work had been thought to be completed - took care of the additional work free-of-charge and the next day. Yes we had the hassle of bringing the vehicle back, but they did the right thing by not charging anything. Thanks. more
