I took my truck in for an oil change and they went above and beyond my expectations. They checked my truck out from top to bottom and explained the things I needed to be aware of . I did not feel pressured to have these things worked on by them. They just wanted to make me aware of problems I may want to have attended to in the future. I highly recommend there service . I have been bringing vehicles (mostly trucks) to this business for many years and I can't recall ever having any problem with any aspect of their business. Their technicians seem to be nothing but totally competent. The turnaround time for getting a vehicle repaired has always seemed to be very reasonable. They've always seemed very good with communicating with me on everything from giving me an estimate upfront to just keeping me informed of a timetable of when the vehicle should be done with the repairs and ready to be paid for and picked up and if they do run into an unexpected problem they contact me immediately. And their prices/charges have always seemed to be very fair. And finally every one of their staff has always seemed to be friendly, personable and courteous with every one of their employees, past or present, and they have always been very good about explaining what they did with any given repair as well as giving sound advice about anything else they may have observed during a repair that may need attention in the future. I will definitely continue taking vehicles to this business in the future and recommend them to anybody and everybody that I can. more
