it was my birthday with 10 people in my party, the people were rude and said that we needed to buy a bottle of wine in their liquor store and have minimums of about 10.00 a person...

it was my birthday with 10 people in my party, the people were rude and said that we needed to buy a bottle of wine in their liquor store and have minimums of about 10.00 a person. I wasn't sure if I was hearing them correctly bc I had called earlier that morning and something totally different . I brought by party somewhere else and that is what you should do to!!! more

This place gives me a bad vibe. But it's good overall. 1/25/2009

I got a weird feeling at this place, and it makes me feel awkward eating there. I don't moan when the food enters my mouth slowly. I really like the feel of the place, the waiters are very VERY friendly. If you know what I mean. This place makes me feel terrible in my private areas, and I can't walk after I leave this place. more

Best ambiance...amazing food...cozy and unique! 5/15/2007

Eros cafe is the most unique place in the area. Nowhere else in town can you sit on a couch with friends...a bottle of wine...eat some tapas...play a game of cards...smoke a strawberry hookah...and feel right at home doing it. The food is amazing, the owner is very creative and talented. Everything is always presented in a unique way, and always combines the best flavors and combinations. I go to Eros at least 2 times a week, i love this place...everyone has to check it out...you will be 'hookah'-ed too! Pros: Cozy...unique...great finger food...BYOB Cons: Can be hard to find a seat outside... more

Fun place to hang out 2/23/2007

Large place (eros cafe and after athnes open up to eachother in the back)..hooka is $14..a little pricey when you compare to other local places in clifton and paterson. Service stinks, food, if you can find it on your plate, is small portions and little flavor (greek fries are better at greek village)..nice place to hang out and meet younger people..go to clifton/paterson for the value and real mediteranean food.
