Terrible Greek food 6/4/2011

I believe in giving a restaurant a chance-after 3 times all I can say is this is the worst food I have possibly ever had. I was shocked when I learned the owner is Greek. Apparently he does not eat the food at his own restaurant. This is an insult to Greek food! Will never go back when I come to town again. more

Mixed experience 10/9/2009

We tried Ernie's for dinner on a Friday night, and our experience was mixed. The bread was SO GOOD! We also had a delicious appetizer, baked feta. After such a promising start, though, the rest of the meal fell flat, which was especially disappointing considering the prices. Our main dishes were very bland, and the portion sizes weren't great (which maybe wasn't a bad thing, considering it didn't taste so great).\r \r In addition, our waitress disappeared after serving our food. We had a snag a bus boy to have our drinks refilled and to get our check.\r \r Next time, we'll just go for drinks and that same yummy appetizer! more

Great Dining Experience 12/30/2008

We chose this location for a family dinner (ages six to eighty-two) on 12-27-08 with a large party of twenty-five. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. The food was excellent and the wait staff was very helpful deciphering the Mediterranean cuisine for the American-fare-loving customers among us. The wait staff was very attentive and the manager dedicated two servers to our group with a third helping; the bread was always fresh and the drinks always full. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a large group, a quiet dinner for couples, or a girl?s night out. I think younger children may get restless while dining as it is not a restaurant targeted towards children, but then again Chuck E. Cheeses? is right up the road. more

Menu has some great new choices. A lot of sample platters that are good. Good place to go out with friends. Banquet facilities available. Fresh oyster bar more

twice divorced and desperate 6/14/2006

this is where all the twice/ thrice divorced people hang. It is fun and the food is good. The Thursday night crowd is ""regulars"". Most people are over 35 and sincerely hoping to find love again, Ernie's is really the only tolerable party place for divorcees. It gets really crowded but never obnoxious. GREAT TRENDY BAR/RESTURAUNT! 8/9/2002

This is absolutly wonderful place to go, with such a diverse enviroment. You can eat anywhere in the resturaunt, including an elegant dining area, the covered patio, or an open deck. The food is great, and very original, with a greek/seafood accent. The nightlife is very live, with a band 5 nights of the week. The nightlife there is aged between 25-45.
