Thank you so much for the great customer service we received at the Erin Ross State Farm Insurance office. From the time we made a claim until it was settled everything was great. Emily in the office was especially helpful and demonstrated an expertise in knowledge about the claim process. My husband and I will definitely be with your agency for a long time and don't plan on shopping anytime soon. Thanks for being such a great insurance company to work with! more

Fantastic service 3/7/2011

My homeowners was canceled by another company and I had to get new insurance fast. Erin quoted my home and saved me money. She inspected the house the same day and called my mortgage company to set up my escrow account.  I couldn?t believe how great the service was at Erin?s office. more

Erin is a great agent 1/14/2011

Glad I met my insurance agent. I just met with my insurance agent (Erin Ross) and she reviewed my policies and found some areas that I need additional coverage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had one discount for being a good driver for three years. I used this discount to pay for my increased insurance coverage. I'm glad I took the time to meet my agent. more

Better Coverage 12/3/2010

Much better coverage! Erin told me straight up that I wasn't protecting my family or my assets like I should. I had the minimum coverage with Geico and I could of lost everything I worked so hard for. It didn't cost a penny more to get 3 times better coverage. more
