I wish they would of taken the hour they quoted instead of being so fast. My sandwich bread was burned black, the bacon was burned black and they forgot the best part the garlic mayo. As for the onions rings last time they were crispy and perfect yet they must of pulled them out of the fryer to fast because when they arrived they where limp and soggy.. What a shame the first time they knocked it out of the ball park!!! I couldn't wait to do it again thought about that sandwich all weekend so I was excited to do it again and felt no remorse in spending $20.00 for a steak sandwich and onion rings. Yet when my food arrive the remorse set in. Very disappointing..very 8( more

A decent deli in Oak Park. 11/18/2006

I've eaten here a couple of times, and it's always been pretty good. I really like the free bowl of home made potato chips at the front of the counter. A nice big salad bar with lots of fixin's. Good portions, delicious french fries, good soup. We got catering there once; I didn't care for the food that time (like the honey chicken; I thought it was tough and dry) but everyone else seemed to enjoy it. Pros: Decent food and free potato chips. Cons: Not much parking, especially on weekends. more

Best place in Oak Park 5/16/2002

This place is so good. I'd like to say that I've tried everything on the menu but I've fallen for their Crane sandwich and can't bear to not eat that. So good, everyone who comes to my house wants to eat there everytime more
