Very educated and kind Dentist, will do anything for his patients. He will always make the recommendation that he feels is best for his patient regardless of price differences. He is truly in this business to help people and not to scam or rip people off. This is one of the main reasons why I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. I couldn't agree more with the review under me, Dr. Siani is definitely the most compassionate, caring, and respectful doctor I have ever met and probably ever will meet. He truly cares for each and every one of his patients from the bottom of his heart and not only about their teeth but about them as a whole. He does anything he can for his patients whether it be operating on them for free or giving them some cash to get by when they are in a jam. I remember one time I developed a toothache in the middle of the night that wouldn't let me sleep and I felt so comfortable and relaxed calling Dr. Siani at 3 in the morning because he is the type of guy that cares for others much more than himself. He answered the phone call graciously and faxed me a prescription for antibiotics and pain killers right then, so that I could sleep that night, and made me an emergency appointment for the next morning, and he never charged me or anything for it. That is just the type of guy he is, so kind and caring that he will do anything for anyone, he truly enjoys just helping people, which is a trait that I feel less and less doctors have these days, and that is why Dr. Siani should be a valued commodity in todays society. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Siani to everyone, and I promise you that he will give you the best service you could possibly receive. I'm sorry to hear about the person under me's story, but I just can't believe that Dr. Siani would be rude or impatient with anyone, he is the friendliest most respectful Doctor I have ever met. I have been his patient for over 10 years and he has always done his best to give me and others that I have seen the best and cheapest treatment. A couple years back he even won star of the week in Palmdale for treating a mother and son who were broke because her husband walked out on them, and after treating them for free gave them enough money to last a week. He truly goes above and beyond what he has to for his patients, and I would sincerely recommend him to anyone. I now live in Los Angeles and still make the drive out to Palmdale for my Dentist appointments because he really is that good and that irreplaceable. He is not like other doctors that just try to get the most money out of you, he truly cares about his patients and almost always bills the assurance or charges under what the cost actually is.
