I never thought of myself as one who would even consider cosmetic surgery. I feared looking fake or done over. Having breastfed twins in 2009, however, my once DDD breasts had shrunk to a sagging, unattractive B. They were uncomfortable without a bra and formed two puddles in one. I felt self conscious wearing swim suits or workout tops at the gym. Catching a glimpse of my bare chest in the mirror, I would immediately feel old and worn out. \r \r A few women I knew had had breast work done and were pleased with the results. I thought it couldn't hurt to talk to a couple of surgeons about my breasts so I searched within a 25 mile radius and read lots of reviews. Other cosmetic surgeons had great bedside appeal and wonderful personalities, but few patient reviewers wrote about the phenomenal surgical results like they did with Dr. Mariotti. \r \r Having to wait several weeks for my consultation was the first indication that Dr. Mariotti was as great as his reviews. He and his warm, energetic, and knowledgeable PA, Sarah, listened to my concerns and goals and never tried to sell me on cosmetic surgery. I'd seen one cosmetic surgeon locally who had told me I couldn't improve my breasts without having an augmentation. Dr. M proved that was not the case. \r \r Four months ago, I had my breast life surgery (without augmentation). Although the recovery was more painful than I imagined, I would go through the entire process again in a heartbeat. (It's important to note that I have an extremely low pain threshold.) I no longer need to wear a bra and my chest looks great in workout tops and swimwear. Last month, I was self UN-conscious enough to join a gym. \r \r In addition to receiving a breast lift, I had a lower eye lid lift to address the perpetual shiners under each eye. The dark circles I'd had since I was a kid are gone. And I mean gone. I had tried every cream, nutritional supplement, and treatment out there to rid my face of these black moons. I was tired of people asking me if I was sick or overtired. Dr. M simply moved some tissue/fat around under my eyes and within two weeks I was getting compliments about how ""rested"" I looked. Even when I'm actually sick or exhausted, I don't look like someone clocked me in the face. How Dr. M did such an amazing job without leaving any traces of his work remains a mystery to me. He has a very special talent/gift. \r \r During the entire process, both Dr. M and Sarah remained sensitive to my past medical history and tailored their care to keep me comfortable. I am so grateful I did this for myself and so grateful to have found such an awesome team. Every time I look into a mirror, I feel beautiful...not beautiful for my age, but beautiful in a way that I never dreamed possible. Amazeballs! Dr. Mariotti did my tummy tuck 11 weeks ago and removed 11 POUNDS from my abdomen! I had gastric bypass 3 years ago and lost 90 lbs and have some pretty major skin problems. I will definitely be returning for a few other procedures that are still needed after weight loss. Honestly, I expected the process to be sooo much worse. The recovery was painful, but totally manageable. I was back to my desk job in a week and a half. Dr. M and his staff have been extremely professional, encouraging, and friendly. I was comfortable from the moment I stepped in to his office. They have been willing and able to answer all of my questions. I NEVER thought I would look like this and I cannot thank Dr. M and Sarah (his PA) enough! I'm already in jeans that are 2 sizes smaller and am loving my new tummy and belly button. I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Mariotti in November 2011. Dr. Mariotti was so nice and made me feel relaxed right away. I can also say that the whole office staff have been nothing but amazing to me from the beginning. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcome. The pain wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. In fact the whole procedure was easier than I ever imagined. My results are so much better than I ever expected. I am a mother of 6 and to have my body back makes me feel like a woman again. I can never thank Dr. Mariotti enough for making this possible. His whole staff has been just wonderful. As a woman, first and far most, I pride myself on taking care of me, myself and I...as a mother, my children come first before ANYTHING....throughout the journey of life, a mother has the tendency to forget about herself and focus only on everyone else being happy, content, etc. My story is a little different....I suffer from chronic back pain daily... at the ripe age of 40 something, I was forced to medically retire from a fabulous career. But even that was okay as my children were my priority not this fantastic career. I have had several invasive and non-invasive spinal surgeries. During this tenure the weight and depression came pouring on....I peaked out at a massive 260 lbs and I knew I had to save my own self in order to be around for my children and hopefully my grandchildren. After losing well over a hundred pounds my body took on a completely different form...I always had a hidden dream of wanting to surgically correct what I personally thought my body flaws were...I was referred to Dr Mariotti by a personal and professional acquaintance...I truly had another doctor in mind that I trusted impeccably and that had actually performed extensive surgery on a family member of mine....I did my consultation with Dr Mariotti and his PA, Sarah...the instant bond was over whelming to me and I questioned my very own feelings...so I scheduled myself for a consult with the other doctor in whom I knew and also trusted. After leaving this consult I continued to replay my consultation with Dr Mariotti & Sarah over and over within my mind...my deciding factor was when Dr Mariotti said to me, ""I do what I do for the gratification of seeing a smile birthed upon the face of my patients .... before and after results"" ...the depth of that comment will be forever tatooed upon my heart of gratification for what Dr Mariotti has given back to me...""my smile"". His vision of being able to see the bigger picture of what he does so profoundly well is nothing short of amazing. He listens, encourages you to tell him your desires and dreams of what you think you want and then he gently explains his professional opinion of what he believes will be best for you and then asks you what you feel about what he has just told you. It is an amazingly natural process!!! He focuses on the person first and then the job of what he is so gifted to do. He shares in your happiness of what you are transformed in to and is equally as happy for you as you are for yourself. His work is artistic....My biggest criteria was that after everything was done, that I looked ""natural""...that no one would be able to look at me and say ""plastic surgery""... he fulfilled that criteria beyond my wildest expectations!! He is a visionary, an artist, a truly gifted surgeon. I would challenge ANY doctor's skill set to match that of Dr Mariotti's. He is a people's doctor and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation....Dr Mariotti - thank you for giving me my smile and the piece of my life back that was missing....you simply are just the best!!!! more

After having my son I breastfed and along with my breast shrinking down after being done with breastfeeding, I lost quite a bit of weight becoming smaller than I was before I had gotten pregnant. The weight loss and enlarging then shrinking of my breasts made them flat and saggy. I was referred to Dr. Mariotti by a friend and asked around before my consultation to see if anyone else recommended him. I heard nothing but good things and felt confident in my decision to schedule an appointment. The first thing that I noticed was Dr. Mariotti has a WONDERFUL staff; they are all very welcoming and professional. Dr. Mariotti was equally as wonderful as his staff and very informative at my appointment. I visited a couple of other plastic surgeons prior to making my decision and there wasn’t a question in my mind that I wanted Dr. Mariotti to do my breast augmentation. My pre-operative appointment was a great experience as well and had very little anxiety leading up to the surgery because I had all of my questions and concerns addressed way before my surgery took place. The day of my surgery I was of course a little nervous but only because I had never had anesthesia or any kind of surgery. The surgery facility had a great staff and clean waiting and pre-op areas. Dr. Mariotti and the anesthesiologist both came in and spoke to be prior to the surgery and put me at ease so that I wasn’t anxious going into the operating room. From what I remember waking up in the recovery room, the nurses were very attentive and seemed to genuinely care about how I was doing. I felt good after a couple of days and felt back to normal by day 10, the only thing that was difficult was picking up or reaching for things. All of my post-operative appointments were again very informative and I was very happy with the care that I continued to receive after my surgery. I couldn’t be more excited with my results and barely being able to see my scars is a HUGE plus!! I would recommend anyone who is thinking about having some kind of plastic surgery to go and see Dr. Mariotti. I hope my experience helps with you finding your plastic surgeon. more

I had gastric bypass surgery in 2003 and after losing 160 lbs. had alot of excess skin all over my body. I chose to consult with Dr. Mariotti on the recommendations of several friends and family members who work in the local medical field. At my first consultation I knew he was the surgeon I would choose. Other plastic surgeons I consulted with prior to Dr. Mariotti would tell me ""here's what I will do"", they were not interested in what I wanted done. Dr. Mariotti asked ""what bothers you?"", he then explained what I could realistically expect. He listened to me, that can be hard to come by with doctors. Dr. Mariotti did my tummy tuck and arm lift in 2005, my breast augmentation and butt lift in 2008, outter thigh lipo in 2010 and in April 2011 will do my thigh lift. Dr. Mariotti's staff is the best, they are very friendly and professional as is the staff at the surgery center. If you choose Dr. Mariotti for your plastic/reconstructive surgery you will receive the best care from all involved in your before, during and after surgery care. For the first time in my life I LOVE the way my body looks. I highly recommend Dr. Mariotti to everyone.\r more

If you want a highly qualified, attentive, HONEST doctor with a great bedside manner; Dr Eric Mariotti is the surgeon for you. I have had 3 major procedures done by Dr. Mariotti (tummy tuck, breast reduction, and augmentation) and am completely satisfied with ALL the work he has done. The staff in his office are all friendly, outgoing, and most of all helpful and professional. I am planning on having a few more things ""adjusted"" and will only go to Dr. Mariotti. more
