Completely let down by these guys. I came in to talk about what was going on with my car and the mounting expenses, specifically why they had charged me for two smog tests and what was needed to pass smog. I asked some simple questions and some technical questions only to better understand where they were coming from and their logic regarding the bill (over $150 before diagnostics, yikes.....). The guy was polite and was able to answer most questions to my satisfaction. However, I think they were intimidated and surprised by some of my questions as most people seem to blindly accept the mechanic's word without getting into specifics. After realizing I wasn't a total sucker, they decided not to continue working on my car. This made me think something fishy was going on. Mind you, I was also polite and calm, I was simply trying to understand what I was paying for, as all good customers should. Would never recommend this place to a friend.
