Let me start by explaining that my dog was treated very well by the vet technician and the vet herself while at the office. The Vet requested that further tests be done to help with her diagnosis. This is where the service took a turn for the worse. After not hearing anything from the vet for a couple of days I began calling the office to get our results. My first call was at 11 a.m., my second call was at 6:30 p.m. and my final call was at 10 p.m. The first time I called the receptionist said the results were in and the doctor would call me after her ""emergency surgery"". The second call the receptionist first said the results were not in, I had to tell her I was already told the results were there. She then responded with ""Oh yeah, they're here. The doctor is in an emergency surgery...she'll call you shortly."" The final time I called the receptionist seemed very irritated and said ""the doctor is in emergency surgery, she only calls with test results after 11 p.m.!"" The doctor did call me after 11 p.m. and said ""the receptionists never made note on the file of any calls."" I was very thankful for the help of the doctors, but good luck getting through the receptionists if you need anything.
Pros: Great Vet and Vet Tech. Friendly, helpful, compassionate
Cons: Front office staff lacked willingness to help.
