Professional and timely 4/3/2018

I was very happy with the work Robin did on behalf of ER Plumbing. He provided good feedback while we were discussing the job. He planned out and gave an accurate estimate. The work was completed the same day. It was completed exactly as we wanted. The only reason for the four stars is that he arrived late. more

Good service 1/29/2018

When my hot water heater gave out, I called ER Plumbing, based on neighbor recommendations. Jason H arrived and told me my water heater was leaking. The threads appeared to be rusted and the elements were likely water damaged. At his recommendation, I decided to get a new one that could be installed that day. The new heater plus installation and tax came to $1600. It's possible I could have saved $ by going through Home Depot and their contracted installers, but I needed hot water quickly, and I trusted that ER would do the job right. Jason was helpful and friendly, and so far, the new hot water heater is working great! more

Slow draining Toilet 12/5/2017

Water leakage 7/10/2017

Mike Walker and Terry repaired by outdoor problem quickly. Both of them were very professional and nice, they seemed to appreciate our business. These men are truly an asset for the E R Plumbing Co. New water heater 3/19/2017

We noticed water leaking from our old water heater on Friday night, so called ER Plumbing on Saturday morning to schedule a new install. By Saturday afternoon, our new water heater was installed by Will O. Will did a great, professional job for us and left no mess behind. Great Service Experience with ER Plumbing Services 2/20/2017

Mike W diagnosed my leaking water heater tank bottom, made a replacement recommendation and completed the new installation all in the same day. He was straight-forward, punctual, polite and pleasant. I highly recommend and I will call him back for my future plumbing needs. more

We were extremely pleased with ER Plumbing's rep, Terry. He arrived on time, quickly fixed our water pipe leak in our crawl space (yuk!) and snapped pics which were helpful for our insurance claim. more

Water Flooded late night in the BathTub and Toilet 10/3/2016

Jason H(Pro Services) was very professional and courteous and acted quickly on his instincts and brought his tools and fixed the issue, even though he worked the whole day he didn't show any signs of lethargy and worked as if it was his first job of the day. He was efficient and fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the mess behind him. I would highly recommend ER Plumbing and specially Jason H(Pro Services). Good Job Guys. Keep up the good work. more
