After a very nice conversation on the phone with Cynthia, I made an appointment to have my daughter's riding skills evaluated. The fee was $45, paid via Paypal. On the day of the evaluation, I showed up and was told that a message had been left on my phone canceling the appointment. I was assured that she would reimburse my $45 via mail, however, several e-mails and phone calls went unanswered. I finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get reimbursed. I feel like I fell in with a con artist or, more likely, a thief. I agree with another reviewer -- it's too bad I have to give even one star to write a review.
