Best Acne Program Ever 7/7/2007

I LOVE Epione. Dr. Ourian is an expert dermatologist who will work hard to achieve the results you want. He is compassionate and knowledgable and always takes time to work with his patients' needs. Even when I'm emailing him frantically on the weekends with questions, he takes time out to write thoughtful, clear, concise, and always useful answers and advice. Dr. Ourian is also really knowledgable and good at what he does. I had seen about 4-5 other dermatologists for acne before I came to Epione, and Dr. Ourian was the first one to work aggressively enough to achieve the results I wanted. His Acne program is focused on results and treats all causes of acne, not just one. I recommend visiting Epione to everyone! more

Medical Spa in a comfortable setting 7/3/2007

Epione Medical is a breath of fresh air. It is a very private boutique spa located in the famous Beverly Hills Triangle. When I left I felt so relaxed and happy. The place just has such great energy. Dr. Ourian and his staff, are just so nice and helpful. They seem so genuine. I never feel rushed. They always make me feel special when I am there. Pros: Two Thumbs UP more

Look 10 years younger after a 10-day vacation!! 7/3/2007

That is exactly what happened when I came to LA to relax a few weeks ago. A friend of mine recommended that I go to Epione to get botox around my eyes and forehead. After walking into Epione I felt I was in a private office with dim lighting and very friendly staff. I saw a consult after just 10 minutes from walking in the door and I was in a room receiving an injection of botox just 20 minutes after that. The prices are quite reasonable and I was delighted not to see my frown lines when I looked in the mirror that night. I was very impressed with Epione! I was nervous about getting botox, but once I arrived the staff was very caring and professional and Dr. Ourian was informative and enjoyable. I was very pleased with the results and look forward to visiting again soon - maybe this time for laser hair removal. more

Extensive list of services, reasonably priced, great atmosphere, friendly doctors and nurses, one stop shop 7/3/2007

I actually did a lot of research on the internet, and consulted with a few different spas before I decided on which place to go to. At Epione I was greeted by a very sweet receptionist who asked me if she could get me anything (coffee,tea, water). I waited about five minutes in a lovely waiting area and was taken in to have the most informative consultation out of all the places I visited. All of the lasers and procedures were thoroughly explained to me, and I decided to sign up for a package of 6 treatments with their satisfaction guarantee for my legs, Brazilian bikini, and underarms. I had a 'patch' test so that I could experience what the laser felt like, and to see how my skin reacted. Although I was very anxious, Dr. Ourian was able to answer more of my questions, and calm me down before the treatment. I was so pleased with my services that I signed up for a microdermabrasion package (5 treatments), which I was also very satisfied with. Looking Better at 45 then at 35!! 7/3/2007

I have been a client of Epione and Dr. Ourian for around 3 years and I think I look better at age 65 now than I did when I was 55! Their microdermabrasion treatments have kept my skin clear and smooth and recently I have undergone treatments that are erasing age/sun spots and improving my overall skin tone and texture. It's a freaking miracle. The general atmosphere in the spa is one of warmth and Dr. Ourian has a genuine quality of caring in addition to her medical and skin care expertise. If you've been nervous about getting that first Botox shot or just noticing that sag or bag and don't know what to do, give them a call! more

Get the results YOU WANT 7/3/2007

I am one of the particular people I know when it comes to my skin. I don't let anyone touch it and am religious in regards to skincare. When I moved to New York, my skin started to break out badly. I tried drinking tons of water, seeing all kinds of dermatologists and nothing was working. It took my friend months to convince me to go to Epione in Beverly Hills, but boy was it worth the wait! Dr. Ourian and his staff are the best!!!! The staff at Epione is super friendly, but most importantly, they know their stuff. I have been flying to Los Angeles and going to Epione for the past few months and my skin is BEAUTIFUL! Epione gets results. Dr. Ourian can look at you for two seconds and knows exactly what needs to be done to fix you. I would HIGHLY recommend Epione to anyone who wants to see results (and fast)! BEST DOCTOR IN TOWN 6/29/2007

Dr Simon Ourian is an artist! He did such an amazing job on my nose and lips, he completely exceeded my expectations. I had a rhinoplasty a few years back that I wasn't too happy with because it left some uneveness on my nose . Dr. Ourian used a derma filler, Radiance to even it out and give me the perfect nose I've always wanted. Although I first went to Epione to correct my nose job I walked out with fuller lips too. It was the best decision I ever made, no more painful lip plumping lipglosses for this girl! Needless to say I'm one very happy customer. The staff at Epione was equally wonderful. Look 10 years younger 6/29/2007

Last month I went to my high school reunion after ten years and I was suprised at the number of compliments I received. Just a few days before I visited Dr. Ourian at Epione Medical and had just a few injections of Botox. Dr. Ourian is great at what he does and made me look even better than I did 10 years ago at the last reunion. Epione's staff shows professionalism in the service it provides to its clients. I had talked to many surgeons about getting a breast lift. The only two options was given were surgery or implants. I wasn't too thrilled about trading saggy breasts with scars. So when I heard about the technique offered at Epione, I was ready to try it. My breasts now look the way they did when I was 18, and the down time was minimal. Epione has treatments ranging from laser hair/vein removal to Boom teeth whitening and Laser Breast Enhancement, and is conveniently located in the Beverly Hills Triangle. Dr. Ourian and his staff run a great office that takes care of the patient from the moment she walks in to the moment she leaves the door. The sales staff is quite informative and helpful about all the procedures and provides all the information needed to decide on the best treatment package to purchase. Although slightly overpriced, the results are well worth it. more

Dr. Ourian is a delight he is very kind and professional and instantly puts me at ease. What I really appreciate is his candor in discussing other treatments that I might benefit from. There were several products/services that I thought I might need, and Dr. O suggested that I wait. His honesty was very refreshing. Best Botox and Laser Hair Removal 6/27/2007

I went to Epione to do my laser hair removal on my legs, under arms and face and I am very pleased wth the results. It only took a few quick sessions and the cost of the procedure is very affordable. I am VERY GLAD that I came to this place because with the treatment of the staff members and procedure I am a very happy customer. I have always dreaded going to the waxing salon for that ?Brazilian,? so when I told my friend to come with me, she told me about her visit to Epione. She told me I could go in for a free consultation. Although I thought it would be expensive, I was surprised to find out it was quite reasonable. It made sense after I realized how much time I spend shaving my legs everyday and go through the pain of waxing. After calling Epione, I received an appointment the same day, and went in to realize how informative and helpful the staff was. Best Laser Hair Removal treatments, Great customer service, Very professional staff 6/26/2007

The care I received at Epione surpassed my expectation for a medical office. The staff gave me a warm welcome into a lobby, with soft tones of light, and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. My wait time was short, and I was in a room shortly after that for a free consult and skin analysis. The sales staff was very informative about laser hair removal, and gave me a list of packages to choose from. Dr. Ourian provided me with the options for laser hair removal and the Epione staff provided me with treatment the same day. Their care was excellent and Dr. Ourian was very professional. more

Good but don't get too much 5/23/2007

Pretty good place but go light on the fillers. A smiling clipboard lady tries to tell you that you need a lot but if you do more than one syringe for lips or tear troughs then you are going to look like a swollen fish face no matter where you go. Bottom line...good place but don't cave to more than one filler syringe per area. Also, some of the front desk people are really nice while others are really impersonal. Probably the same wherever you find a large staff. I will go back. Pros: Parking is cheap, office is private, doctor is very likeable. Cons: Very busy, sales people push more products than needed. more
