I actually did a lot of research on the internet, and consulted with a few different spas before I decided on which place to go to. At Epione I was greeted by a very sweet receptionist who asked me if she could get me anything (coffee,tea, water). I waited about five minutes in a lovely waiting area and was taken in to have the most informative consultation out of all the places I visited. All of the lasers and procedures were thoroughly explained to me, and I decided to sign up for a package of 6 treatments with their satisfaction guarantee for my legs, Brazilian bikini, and underarms. I had a 'patch' test so that I could experience what the laser felt like, and to see how my skin reacted. Although I was very anxious, Dr. Ourian was able to answer more of my questions, and calm me down before the treatment. I was so pleased with my services that I signed up for a microdermabrasion package (5 treatments), which I was also very satisfied with.
Pros: Well priced, great doctors and nurses, a lot of different services to solve various problems
