Just had to compliment the great service we received from the guys at enviromental h and air. Back in 2010 they came out and replaced our upstairs heating and air system. 4 years ...

Worst

Our heating is not working. After waiting for one day, the technician (Scott) came and spent 10 to 15 minutes to find the high temperature switch is bad. He could not find the rig...

Excellent fast service!!! 1/23/2013

Its very cold tonight... Called Enviromental Heating and Air cause my heat was not working and it was steadily getting colder in my home...I have kids and need heat... The service I received was fast,efficient and very professional... I will definitely recommend these great guys to all my friends and family...Thank you again more

What a quality HVAC company! Not only were they honest (they came out at 6:30 this morning to fix my heat (which went out last night due to a power outage, yet only charged me 79.00!), but they were also quick, efficient, competent and friendly. The technician was super informative and kind, and even threw in a free filter. :) I will definitely use this company again in the future. It's just nice to not be ripped off when a company realizes that they have you over a barrel (no heat and small children). more

Excellent New Install 1/2/2013

Our heat went out over Christmas weekend. Ryan came out on Sunday and got us up and running (for just the service call charge!) He showed me how we could use a new system. Ryan gave us a price that was more than competitive. The new install was scheduled for new years eve day. Scott and Dave showed up right on time and worked till the job was done. We couldn't be happier with their service. more

New HVAC was put in. Good job from the installers. It was raining and cold, but they stick around and try to complete as much as possible. Would have been excellent if the installers provided more communication as to when they were coming back and provide the serial number to the unit. We agree After all the hard work Environmental Heating & Air does to insure a proper correct installation of your Heating & Air Conditioning installation, replacement we feel the same as you it was academic. Because it was a roof top unit our installers thought this information was given. But true to our commitment at Environmental Heating & Air of NC we dispatched a truck to get what you should have had. If you would go up to the unit you would find it is dead level wires tight, Mastic sealed proper and beyond code. Sheet metal just spot on. Thank you for your review and hire of our company. We have already made sure that a serial number is never an issue when we all work so hard to give you excellent quality and the knowledge that we enjoy going home at the end of the day proud of our work. more

Good Day, I would like to commend the gentlemen of Enviro NC. I had a problem with my a/c system. Ryan came out to service my equipment, and was very honest and up front with me. My system was 16 years old and my compressor had gone bad. Ryan gave me my options and it was best to replace the existing system. We also decided to replace the existing duct work as it was 16 years old as well. I received a very fair price, excellent service and workmanship in a very timely manner from Ryan, Chris and all of the people at Enviro NC. I also signed up for a service contract. I would recommend Enviro-NC to any one, and have done so to many of my neighbors. Like I put in my subject line, Excellent Value!! Excellent Service!! Excellent Product!! Quick, good service, pleasant employees 6/27/2012

I called Enviro because we had no cooling upstairs, and they came out that day. As the unit was 15 yrs old, we decided to replace it instead of having it serviced yet again. Jon came out next morning to do an estimate. New equipment arrived next morning and we had cooling that afternoon. We had the same experience with Enviro last summer with the downstairs unit. Great Service and Installation experience 6/23/2012

Our 15 year old air conditioner died the first week of summer. The technicians from Environmental Heating & Air of NC were on-time, professional and knowledgable. The product was ordered at 6:00 PM and they were at our home by 9:30 AM the next day for installation. We were very pleased with the service and this company and we would recommend them to everyone we know. Excellent service; Strongly recommend 6/14/2012

Environmental just replaced my gas pack HVAC unit on our recent home purchase. We have a second child on the way and a 13 year old HVAC unit on its last leg was a huge concern with summer approaching. John was extremely responsive, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very honest and did not push any unnecessary products or services on us. He did everything exactly as he said, met at our house on one day and the unit was installed and up and running the next. Scott and David installed the unit as promised, on time, and it looks, sounds and runs great. Environmental was priced better than the comps I looked at, and their customer service blew everyone else out of the water. I will definitely recommend them to anyone going forward. Environmental Heating and Air has recently replaced both my heat pump and my hot water tank. They were extremely professional and courteous. When they gave me the estimates on both products they listened to my wants and needs and heard my concerns about my budget constraints. They did not try to "up sell" me on products that I really did not want or need. Their service techs were very good and personable. I will tell my friends to call them for all of their heating and plumbing needs. And I will definitely call them in the future. more

Excellent consultation, immediate quality service! Highly recommend. 2/4/2012

Listened to our needs during the consultation visits carefully, and recommended the perfect AC/Heater for a very reasonable price. The gentlemen who installed the unit did so without us even noticing them very much. They were extremely friendly, and left our house with the area even cleaner than before. The unit works great, and we will even get a tax return for it. This is a company that holds up, and even exceeds the expectations they communicate! Even though I hope our 2nd unit will still last for a while, I am almost looking forward to deal with Environmental Heating and Air again to upgrade also this system! Thanks!!! Excellent service and value 11/15/2011

Our existing A/C unit had died and the family was broiling with outside temps climbing. The original installer claimed he was slammed and couldnt get to me for a week. The team at Environmental Heating & Air came right over and repaired the problem. The kids were happy and so was my pocket book. Hats off to Ryan and Chris for helping me out when no one else would!! more

Recently my air conditioner had failed, being on a very tight budget I did a lot of research and came up with a few companies to look into. The net result was I hired enviornmental.Their price,service, and no nonsense selling added up to being the best value for the money. There were no add ons and no surprises. Even my dog loved these guys : ) more

Life savers! 7/18/2011

I rarely write reviews, but I felt that this company really turned water into wine for me, and just wanted to take a moment to say "thank you." A week ago, my A/C stopped working. I was so upset because the temperature in my house rose to 88 at 9:00 at night :( ! I thought it was a thermostat programming issue because I am pretty challenged when it comes to electronics (and am constantly reminded of this by my boyfriend), but it turned out to be an issue with my A/C. I called Environmental Heating & Air, expecting to leave a message, but a representative answered, and they actually came out that night. They fixed the problem (the original company who installed my air conditioning overcharged it with freon)within the hour. I so appreciate this company for taking care of me so promptly! The representative who came out was so very nice, professional, to the point, and unlike some repair people I've experienced in the past, he didn't "run up" the tab. He was also nice enough to teach me how to use my thermostat without making me feel completely inadequate. I will definitely tell all of my friends and family about Environmental and use them again in the future! Again, thank you! more

Excellent Work Replacing Old Attic Unit In Fully Finshed Second Floor Study 7/16/2011

Your company did an excellent job in replacement of a twenty-five year old second floor cooling/furnace unit. The old unit had to be removed from an awkward attic space directly above a well finished elegant study area. Your crew took great care to protect the existing carpet and decor while performing the difficult old unit removal mission. The new unit was installed, tested, and commisioned in one afternoon. All results were prompt, operation of new system was, and still is flawless. We really appreciate that a tough removal/install job was performed without a trace or smudge to any of the finished areas through which the overall operations had to be conducted. Air Conditioning Emergency.... 6/26/2011

We have a 16 month old and our air conditioning stopped working on a hot summer Saturday afternoon....I called Environmental Heating & Air and my air conditioning was fixed and cooling within 40 minutes of making the first call. The tech was in the area and pushed an appointment back to come and help us. He should be wearing a cape because he was a superhero for us! We would recommend them over and over and over again! more
