Environmental just replaced my gas pack HVAC unit on our recent home purchase. We have a second child on the way and a 13 year old HVAC unit on its last leg was a huge concern with summer approaching. John was extremely responsive, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very honest and did not push any unnecessary products or services on us. He did everything exactly as he said, met at our house on one day and the unit was installed and up and running the next.
Scott and David installed the unit as promised, on time, and it looks, sounds and runs great.
Environmental was priced better than the comps I looked at, and their customer service blew everyone else out of the water. I will definitely recommend them to anyone going forward.
