enterprise store came out and re-sodded my back yard they were very helpful and honest and did great work and the grass was very nice and I was very pleased with them. I would recommend them to my friends and family. more

We recently purchased sod and had it put down by Enterprise Sod Store, they were very cordial. They brought the sod and came and put it down exactly when they said they would, It was very beautiful green and thick. We asked lots of questions as how to take care of the yard and they were very knowledable and gave us lots of directions of what to do. We followed their instructions and our lawn is very beautiful today. We would like to thank the employees at Enterprise Sod Store they did a wonderful job and we really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. more

We recently purchased 1,300 square feet of bermuda sod from the Enterprise Sod Store (a.k.a. Green Acre Sod Farms), and the sod was of very poor quality. It was thin and straggly, extremely dry to the touch, and was made up primarily of gray, dead vegetation. Apparently the sod was not mature or established at the time of cutting; when delivered, it only had small green buds on top and no grass blades at all. \r \r We know our expectations weren’t too high because we purchased 2 pieces of bermuda sod from Tulsa Sod & Mulch for comparison. The samples were thick, green, moist, mature, healthy, and had full blades of grass. They looked fantastic from day 1 and blended perfectly with our existing lawn only 2 weeks after installation despite 100+ degree temps. \r \r When we called Enterprise Sod to request a replacement, we were told that the sod would look “great” in 2 weeks and that we should “have a little faith and patience.” It’s been 5 weeks since installation, and the sod still doesn’t look “great” by any stretch of the imagination. Small leaves have grown on top of the sod, but it hasn’t grown enough to require mowing and the seams haven’t grown together at all. At this rate, it will literally take a year for the sod to mature and blend in with the rest of our lawn, assuming it lives through the cold temperatures this winter. Regardless of the poor quality, Enterprise Sod has refused to do anything to remedy the situation since the sod isn’t completely dead. I strongly recommend buying your sod from ANYONE other than Enterprise Sod Store (or their parent company, Green Acre Sod Farms). And no matter what sod supplier you pick, please be sure to look at samples before placing your order, and then ask to see some of the actual sod on the pallets before installation. New sod is a big investment, so please learn from our mistakes and do your homework! more

Brought sod out and set on side of my street. Didn't lay it that day and then it rained for 2 days. Had to let the ground dry another day and then sod was laid. All the grass was brown. Was told it will come back. 85% came back decent, but not great. I've been asking for the other 15% to be replaced or to be given a discount. Enterprise says there's nothing wrong with the sod even though it's been 3 & 1/2 months since the sod was laid and those areas are still brown. They finally agreed to come and put new sod down on top of the brown or thin sod. They won't even come and cut out the bad sod out to replace with the good sod. Bad customer service and poor quality on the grass. I would not recommend them to anyone. Pros: Sod was laid quickly when they got to it. Bixby is famous for all the sod farms it has... but most of them are way down in the boondocks. The only one that's fairly close to Tulsa is Enterprise sod store. Theyr'e near 111th and Memorial, and there sod is about the same price as everyone elses. Similar quality too. So if everything else is equal, these guys are convenient. You don't need a map and directions like "turn left at the pig farm" to find them. And if you're laying the sod yourself, it's just a little less time spent driving around. more
