I was in a total loss accident and the people here were absolutely NOT helpful. They are rude, and trashy. When I arrived I my mother had given me her credit card to pay for the rental, they wouldnt let me use it. My mother offered to send a copy of her ID, a notorized letter, and come by and sign after work. After about 30 minutes of arguing and being insulted my the staff, they complied. Then, after all the fuss, they literally had ONE car on the lot. A Toyota Yaris that was MISSING A HUBCAP! Unahppy, but in need of a car, I obliged. But the agent PROMISED he would call in a couple days when the hubcap came in, AND would call when a car closer in calibur to my original car came in so that I could swap out the Yaris. Did I hear from them in the 2 weeks I rented the car? Not once. Then the Yaris' "maintence required" light came on. So I called Enterprise....4 times...in an hour....and not once did they answer the phone. I ended having to call a different Enterprise just to make sure the car wasn't going to break down on me. When I returned the car, the agent who was supposed to have been calling me about swapping out the car had the audacity to make a joke about how i enjoyed my Yaris with no hubcap. Needless to say I was not amused. He then proceeded to ask about my experience and if I would say that I was completely satisfied with his assistance, and THEN got defensive when I said no. If you are in the city of Mesquite and need to rent a car, DO NOT use Enterprise on Military and save youself the hassle and the rude employees.
