I had an irritating experience with these people when I had to rent a car from Enterprise. I was made to wait for an hour for pick up, another 30 mins for getting the car cleaned up and assigned to me. Total waste of time, though the person who did my reservation offered a quarter tank of free gas for the trouble. Well, yeah at the current price of gas, it is a good thing but I lost something far more valuable (time) and I would've been happier if I didn't have to wait for an hour and a half. That quarter tank of gas earned them two more stars than what I would've given as a rating for their service without the free gas.
