Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience with Enterprise in Clermont, FL was the best. Whitney was gracious and very courteous. She was patient because I had trouble with my bank because I didn't notify them I was traveling and sometime that can be a hassle when you're out of town. The staff was great and helpful with directions and amenities in the area. Clermont is a great place and the people are quite friendly! more

I have dealt with this location many times and has always been happy with there service. Jason was always willing to go the extra mile. But this last time I have never dealt with such rude behavior of a manager and staff. They have a new manager Clifford and he was the rudest individual I have ever met. We were late returning our car and he accused us of stealing the car and called us liars. Even though we were in contact with his employees. I would never rent from this enterprise again. What ever happened to customer service. They definately do not have it now. more

Terrible customer service... 5 minutes before they closed the door was locked. When I waited outside the door for the customer already in the store to come out the Branch Manager got in my face when I asked if I could pickup my rental car. I had a 12 o'clock appointment and because I showed up at 11:55am that was too close to their closing time and I could not get my car. Apparently having to work on Saturday was just to much of an inconvenience for him to allow a paying customer to rent a car. P.S. Why would Enterprise allow me to schedule a 12pm pickup time when they won't even stay open until 12pm? In closing, look elsewhere for your rental car, not worth the headache dealing with rude employees. I'm recommending entirely different rental companies after this horrible experience. more
