I have always had positive experiences with Enterprise (and I have been renting from them since 2010) except my last rental on June 18 (returned on June 25). Without going into details of the transaction, I was referred to as ""this person"" by the site manager (notwithstanding the fact that he was the person who checked in the car, and had my name in front of him). I was given incomplete/misinformation at the time of picking up the car but he found it necessary to classify me as ""this person"" when asked for a ride home. After I left the office, I wondered, ""had I been white, would I have been viewed as ""this person"" instead of being addressed by my name? Maybe the district manager could comment since his store manager needs some training in customer relation/service. more

I picked up the car from Strongsville OH and returned it to Bedford OH (when I bought a new car). It took the Bedford site 3-days after being contacted to pick the car up from the dealership which is less than 1-mile away. After contacting Bedford OH location they told me to contact the Strongsville site. No one has ever answered the phone at the Strongsville location. One star. This mistake cost me $150+ when the entire rental charge should of been less than $100. more
