I use Enterprise Rent-A-Car several times a year. I always use the Tualatin, OR location due to its proximity to my home. Their service and staff has always been top notch. This past weekend we rented a car for a long weekend in Santa Clara, CA, to see the last 2 west coast Grateful Dead concerts, and had made our reservation approximately 2 months in advance. When I called about 3 days prior to our reservation, everything was as my original reservation had requested. When we picked up the car, our customer service rep(Elise), was very pleasant and efficient in completing my paperwork, and getting us on the road. When we returned the vehicle, the staff even opened the office early to allow us not to have to wait. Thank you Enterprise.\r Dan more

what a disappointment 9/14/2009

I had to get a rental car when my car was in the shop getting body work done. The other car's insurance co. was covering the rental expense, so I didn't have a choice of which company, however I have used Enterprise before so I was happy with that selection. Happy until I got to the location that is... The rental car was noticeably filthy inside & out and had 50+ nicks & scratches. Looked like it has never been dusted or vacuumed. The worst part is that the car interior smells like that odor in hospitals that makes you want to gag. I just pray it will only be 3-4 days like the body shop estimated because I don't know if I can drive this car longer than that. What a disappointment... Come on Enterprise! more

Not the best... 9/21/2005

I had to rent a car while mine was down. They customer service was so so and the deal they gave me was not that great either. I will continue to do to hertz for now on.. more

Nice cars to rent at an ok price... 5/25/2005

I had to rent a car while mine was being fixed.I rented the car they even dropped it off to my work, that was great.The customer service was great in the mean time.Well I went back to return the car and they said I had dinged one of the doors well after an intense run around someone else had said no it has been there before.So I was being accused of something I did not do and made me very angry at that! more
