Enso is a hidden gem... in Austin, a town where fads and passing trends are a known fact. Forget five stars, Enso is five stars plus! Best pedicures I've ever . After one visit, I consider myself to be added to their long-term client list. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted with warmth and genuine attention! Great Prices - Great Service 10/9/2008

The feel is New York the prices are Texas friendly and so is the staff. I went here recently with a girlfriend for a day of pampering and we so glad we found this place. We hadn't been here before but always saw it going to Tinseltown Pflugerville so thought we'd give it a shot. It was a fabulous end to a nice relaxing day. The place itself is very contemporary and urban, unlike any other salons I've been to around town - especially at such affordable prices. I will be back. Finally! An awsome nail salon in Pflugerville! 10/9/2008

Like many of you I have been through my fair share of salons and experience some great times and some not so great ones. I just have to say flat out this is by far the best nail salon I've ever been in. The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly and professional, the polish just lasts and lasts. This is definitely my new place to be pampered. Pros: lots of parking, professional service, reasonal pricing Cons: they should've been here sooner! :o) more

every time i've come here it's always been a pleasant and relaxing experience, it's no longer a chore to go get my nails done worrying if i was going get injured with the cuticle cutters or if the tech was going to be rude and talking me in another language, i will be back. I was referred here by a friend of mine and I was so glad I stopped in. It was a long hard day of work and I wanted to relax with a pedi. I was greeted by a very professional staff who offered me a complimentary glass of wine while I was enjoying my services. The ambient of the place is upbeat, relaxing and very contemporary; definitely not like anything I've experienced around here. I left extremely relaxed to say in the very least. Highly recommended. Sleek, urban, totally a great hidden find 8/30/2008

This place is definitely progressive and well put together. The outside is less than pleasing but it's just amazing what they've managed to do with the interior. Stepping through the doors it feels as if you've stepped through a completely different place of cleanliness and service. The drink offerings were great and so was the service. I found them through their winning review in Austin Fit Magazine a month ago and since then my polish still looks great! Apparently they've just opened another location in north Austin, which is much closer to home - can't wait to check it out and report back :o) Pros: parking, lasting polish more

My girlfriends and I were looking for a good way to start off our long weekend. Well I've been coming here for a year or so and thought that I would recommend we'd start off our vacation here at Crystal Nails. It's always a nice little treat to go to this little hidden salon. The atmosphere is vibrant and the staff is so friendly and courteous. Although I've been here a number of times it's always just as enjoyable the next. Pricing is so competitive and the work is quality. It's no wonder they won top 10 in the city. Off to the coast! Pros: service, quality, price, parking more

Nothing special and way over priced!! 8/25/2008

Being new to Austin, I decided to try this place out since they got such rave reviews. I was sorely disappointed. I called ahead to find out how much everything was going to cost and then ended up getting the bait and switch. They quoted me $24 for a pink and white fill then ended getting charged an extra $4 to cut down my nails. What in the world? Are you kidding me? In all my life that I've gotten my nails done, I have NEVER been charged extra to trim down my nails. I am thoroughly irritated at this point. So, if you really want to pay extra for the frills they say they give you, then go here. All I got was water in a wine glass. And girl who did my pedicure didn't say one word to me let alone look at me. The worst experience EVER!!! Save your money and go buy your own cocktail if that's why you want to go to this place. I loved this nail salon! 7/6/2008

Crystal Nails is an excellent nail salon. It's an extremely clean shop with very competent, professional nail technicians. Great atmosphere, with multiple flat-screen TVs. They provided personal service, sterilized nail implements, and an awesome manicure and spa pedicure. The prices are an incredible value. I understand why this salon makes the Citysearch Top 10 list. I have now officially changed nail salons. Kudos to Michael and the rest of the staff. more

Awesome Job! 6/24/2008

I went into Crystal Nails with what I admit is an unusual request for a ""half-moon"" manicure. Andy helped me and patiently listened to what I wanted done. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere of the salon is so different than anywhere I've been before. I have never been offered wine or a mixed drink at a nail salon before (I only had water, seeing as I had to be back at work later that day). The music is trendy and sets a good mood. It was not uncomfortable sitting at the table across from him, as can be the case with many nail salons. He actually entertained a conversation while remaining 100% professional. I will absolutely be back in the very near future. Pros: High skill level, Great atmosphere Cons: Nothing! more

Best Solar Nails anywhere 6/11/2008

I had to get my nails done for a gala recently for my husband's job and I have to tell you I loved what Andy did. They're so natural and thin that I get asked countless times where I get them done at. I say enough about the new set that I got. Before this I felt like going to get my nails done was such a chore and arduous task but now I'm actually enjoying my experience. Highly recommended. Pros: quality of work more

I can't believe they don't charge more for their services 6/11/2008

If you're like me you've to lots of places where you hardly paid anything and the service reflected that or been to a place where you've paid too much and what you got didn't necessarily reflect that. So where is a good happy medium? My answer is Crystal Nails. I'm so glad I found them on the Best of City Search top 10. They are the best hidden thing I've stumbled across in a long time. Their prices are affordable but you can tell they don't compromise service or upkeep in the shop. I've taken my mom here since my first visit and we both enjoy the salon greatly. Worth Every Penny 6/11/2008

I'm so tired of being butchered by corner nail shops and was super frustrated looking around on here one day. I wanted something nicer but didn't want to pay the big mark up at fancy spas so I decided to check out Crystal Nails. I have to say that I really enjoyed it, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxing yet providing such an upbeat environment at the same time. Wow! I would have never imagined how relaxing and fun my experience at Crystal nails would have been. The place was already a little busy when I arrived, but the staff were very friendly and seated me quickly. My spa pedicure was amazing, and the staff was so friendly the whole time. Very Unique! 6/5/2008

I always have the greatest time getting my nails dolled up here. Whatever mood I'm in either to relax I could fall asleep in the chairs or partying mood having drinks with my friends it's always great!
