My sister, mom and I came here for a holiday treat and it was fabulous. I've never been in a nail salon that was this nice and the service was sensational. I had always seen it going to the Tinseltown or browsing at Ashley's furniture but never really tried it until recently. On top of everything their prices are surprisingly competitive for something so nice! This is definitely where I'll be coming from now on. Pros: location, parking, price, SERVICE more

A girl friend of mine recommended Enso Nails to me a short while back and I've been coming here ever since. They do a consistent and great job every time I've been here. One of the things that struck me the most is that no matter how busy they were the atmosphere still remained very relaxing and not high tension. Recommended! Pros: consitent quality service more

Not Such a Great Salon 12/8/2008

The whole purpose of this site is for customers to express their satisfaction/dissatisfaction with businesses. I was dissatisfied with the service, plain and simple. This is not a fake review. There is no need for your business to come on here & critique every negative post. Your business failed one day. Deal with it. The full set was not up to par, and two nails broke soon after the service. Maybe you should spend more of your time training your techs rather than trolling the internet calling dissatisfied customers liars. I will never recommend your business, and in fact will go out of my way to make sure no one I know patronizes your salon. Cons: bad service, bad attitudes of employees, more

I feel so relax coming here, the atmosphere is great and the staff is super professional. Everything is so chic and upbeat. I've been to spas in austin that aren't even as nice as this. They guarantee their work so that's a great source of comfort. I love the personal attention that's not fake or overwhelming. No obnoxious talking behind your back in front of your face here. I've been here since the new ownership and remodel and I gotta say I am completely spoiled! I will never go back to the atypical nail places around town. Granted there's the high priced spas but for the price point at everyday people (myself) budgets you can't beat Enso Nails. I LOVE the hot stone pedicures they give and the spa pedicure is great too with the refining mineral scrub, mud mask and hot towels. The most shocking thing was that when I was leaving the person at the front desk told me that they guarantee all their work for 48 hrs, and seeing as how I'm one of those gals who smudge my polish every now and again this is great to know. It really does establish a great sense of trust knowing that they stand behind their work; as opposed to yelling at you like some little kid then talking about you in another language in front of your face. Highly recommended. Pros: 48 hr guarantee! more

Great setup, great service, great TVs 10/16/2008

I've been to countless nail salons and I can't how well put together this place really is. Everything is obviously super clean but no that hospital feel, more so the high end NY City retreat feel. Very contemporary and yet still Austin affordable. I love the fact that they have massive flat panel TVs at all the fitting places while getting a manicure or pedicure. I swear I don't even have screens THAT big at home haha. And needless to say the service is phenomenal. I will be back. Pros: great parking, phenomenal service, great setup, amazing TVs more

Quality work 10/15/2008

No cocktails I'm afraid for me. I guess I wasn't special enough..or just too cheap. After I denied a pedicure, they decided there was no use in showering me with attention anymore. It was a tad uncomfortable to feel the drastic change, but the solar nails were the important part anyways. She spent a long time on my nails, and it was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep, which is a good thing. The nails were thin and light and even. They are still on too, after about 2 weeks. No sign of one nearly popping off. My only wish would be that they pushed the cuticles back first before adding the nails. Now I must get them refilled twice as early. more

I know that's kind of a mean thing to say that they speak English! But they do, and if you're a season veteran when it comes to this kind of stuff you know exactly what I'm talking about. It's so utterly hard to relax when you have someone screaming in a foreign language across the room at one another. I really do feel that their staff is here for customer service. They're attentive but not overly fake and in your space when you're trying to just kick back, relax and let your day melt away. I highly recommend Enso Nails. more

There's a lot of less professional nail salon that nickle and dime you for much more. I never feel that concerned about prices but I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised when I left here the first time. As nice as the salon was I thought that I had to pay much more, especially with the hot stone massages that come with their pedi's. Pros: amazing space, affordable prices Cons: not a thing more

I'm an RN for Seton and so trust me when I say CLEAN. I've been to countless nail salons and some were nice while others were just plain scary! Enso is by far the best nail salon I've ever been in. It's obvious that the level of attention to detail is meticulous and the staff always make it such a pleasant visit. I've been referring all my girlfriends here, and I have definitely found a new home for pampering. Pros: professional staff, meticulous upkeeping! more

every time i've come here it's always been a pleasant and relaxing experience, it's no longer a chore to go get my nails done worrying if i was going get injured with the cuticle cutters or if the tech was going to be rude and talking me in another language, i will be back. Best find in pflugerville.... 10/9/2008

I was referred here by a friend of mine and I was so glad I stopped in. It was a long hard day of work and I wanted to relax with a pedi. I was greeted by a very professional staff who offered me a complimentary glass of wine while I was enjoying my services. The ambient of the place is upbeat, relaxing and very contemporary; definitely not like anything I've experienced around here. I left extremely relaxed to say in the very least. Highly recommended.
