Parts that I understood were covered by warranty were not covered after all.

I've had three units installed by Energy Savers of Columbus, using them for all the work on previous units, too! I've been working with them for quite a long time. They always do good work. They prep the area really well before they start, and clean the area up after they've finished. more

Wonderful experience! 8/12/2013

Energy Savers installed a whole new heat pump and they were efficient and came when they said they would. They were courteous, very knowledgeable, and were done within a few hours. My mother and I have used them for years because they're trustworthy. Alisa Sandler more

I purchased two or three heat pump systems from Energy Savers of Columbus and use them for servicing those systems. It goes pretty well. They're normally friendly and seem knowledgeable and competent. I've been using them for many years and I can only think of once or twice where I've had some problem. I feel like I get good service from the company. Of course, the products they sell are good, but I could get those same products from other places. It's the service in installation and fixing problems that makes me keep using them. more

I have been using Energy Savers for over twenty years. I am eighty-five years old and I like for my thermostat to work properly. They have always made sure that my thermostat is working just as I like and I enjoy doing business with them. more

Some guys at Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia are great to work with, and some I was not really pleased with. Overall, they did a very good job. I use them for my company and my house, so we've been with them for about 7 years now. more

They have excellent personnel 6/21/2012

Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia has been coming to my mom's house and mine. In my house they installed a new A/C unit and the experince was very good. They are very courteous and they are very knowledgeable about their job. Recently my mother needed her A/C serviced and Michael Griffith was the person who came out and he was just great. My mother is 93 and hard of hearing and he was very courteous. He told us what he would be doing and he did just that. I have had other companies come out to my mother's house and this is the first time anyone washed the unit. Michael washed it out on the side of the house. I am so pleased with his service, if I ever had to run out and he was here I would definitely feel comfortable leaving my mom. I really like Energy Savers and I will continue to use them. If they can't come at the time I request, I will wait until they have an opening for me. more

Overall they were pretty good, and found the real problem. 2/16/2012

I rated Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia at this level because they were not perfect. I did not feel like they knew everything, but nobody knows everything. The first time they came out they diagnosed the problem. The second time they came out they found that the real issue was with a different part that had gone bad. They were able to fix that. The service tech was very good and respectful. What I really liked about him was that he wanted to find the problem. He made sure that they were making the right fix. For right now we are satisfied. more

Very professional, always on time, and extremely courteous. 2/2/2012

Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia came out to my house and found serveral issues that needed to be corrected. They told me to call the state inspector to make sure it was corrected by my builder. They said the builder should have to come back in to fix these issues. This advice saved me about 1,800 dollars. Pointing me in that direction means they did not just want the work but wanted to help me resolve the issue, in the best way. more

The service technician with Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia was very knowledgeable. The expense was high enough that I am not sure I could use them again, even though the result was good. more

I could really see a difference in my power bill after they had done their work. 1/27/2012

They have one service tech, Bruce, and I always ask for him because he is the best. He is the best service tech I have ever encountered. They always have someone to answer the phone quickly and promptly. The guy who owns the company really knows the mechanics and physics behind all the work. He managed to turn my very old house into something that is halfway energy efficient. I could really see a difference in my power bill after they had done their work. more

I've been a customer of Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia for about 10 years now. I give them 4's because I know I can count on the job being done, however, sometimes it's not always done on the first attempt. Sometimes it takes a second trip out to complete the service. But I am always totally satisfied when they are finished. I appreciate their courtesy, and how they are always trying to find me alternative solutions to cut down costs. This is a wonderful company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody. more

I have been very satisfied with Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia. Anytime I have had a problem they have always come and taken care of it. We have used them for many years and we have been very happy with them. They have put in two systems for us over the years and we have no complaints. They come when you call them. They help when help is needed. We have them come twice a year for maintenance purposes. more

I have used Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia for the past year. I signed up for their preventative maintenance program, where they come two times a year. They are always very polite and easy to talk to. They are very professional, and always efficient in finding any problems. They have fixed serveral problems for me just in the last year and they did it in a timely manor. more

The person from Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia went out of his way to give me that service. The problem existed with the providers for the parts and they had given Energy Savers the wrong item. It was late in the day and he didn't know if he could change it. There was traffic, and he went out of his way to get that part. He worked a little bit overtime, which I wasn't sure if it was paid. I have been very happy with the service at Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia for all these years. You won't find a better service provider for heat pumps or air conditioning. There's nobody better! more

I get their service twice a year, in spring and winter. Energy Savers come out and check everything. I have had a couple of problem's but they solved them right away. I have had good service with them. I have been a customer with them for about 7 years and they are usually right on time. more

Energy Savers was very, very good when I called them and everything. I was having problems with the heater. It wouldn't come on. It sounded like the fan was running for maybe half a minute, then it would kick off, but the heater never came on. Energy Savers had to come out a couple of times to fix it because they had to get down to the nitty-gritty to find the problem, but each time I I called they came right away. more

Good reputation, dependable, and their prices are reasonable! 11/14/2011

Gregg at Energy Savers of Columbus, Georgia was very polite and thorough. He explained everything in great detail. He didn't take too long, and I appreciated that. He serviced my HVAC to make sure it was ready for the winter. I would tell people that Energy Savers has a good reputation, they're dependable, and their prices are reasonable! more
